“Ordered front mats for VW California T7, they fit poorly between the front seats. Emailed with images to say I wasn’t happy with the product and no response after 11 days. Not great for an £85 product.”

Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. i'm sorry to hear about this issue. Our team replied to your email but we didn't receive a response, I've just checked and the response bounced with "Recipient server rejected email. Status code: 552. Recipient's inbox is full. For help, refer to our Help centre" We've replied again but the same thing has happened again. We'll call after the bank holiday to resolve the issue.

Hi William Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. Your order was full a floor floor kit for a Classic Mini, not a set of fitted floor mats. The original carpet kit does require fitting and modification to install within your Mini.
