“I was rather disappointed with my original order for the executive car mats for my Tesla as the stitching around the edges was not finished to an executive level. I got in touch with car mats.co.uk and within an hour of my complaint I received an email from Elliot Clarke who assured me that I was correct and that they should of not passed through quality in that state. I was asked if I would like the drivers mat replaced at no extra cost to myself and I agreed. I was later contacted by Amy Baker who assured me that my replacement drivers mat would take around 10 days to get to me and if I was ok with the original mat until the new one arrived. To my surprise around 6 days later a full set of mats arrived at no extra cost. The replacement mats were better quality and the customer service I received is second to none. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone Keith.”

“I bought 2sets of rubber mats for an Hyundai i10 and a Tuscon to be honest the mats are well made and look great but the one problem I have is the rubber odour it is nauseating I’ve washed them in warm soapy water and left them outside. They have been outside for a while and the smell as not dissipated. To be honest if the odour does not go soon they are going in the bin i cannot have them in the car an enclosed space not what you want to hear but this is my honest review.”
