“Car mats are great but the delivery took much longer than promised. Customer service said it was pre order but none of the confirmation emails agreed with that. They were very quick to cancel the order instead of accepting blame.”

When you ordered the Kia Sportage 2022+ car mats, they were a pre-order and were denoted as such on the website. They were due to ship in March, which your order did at the end of March.

“Considering the company knew my car make, model and year of manufacture, I'm disappointed that the mats don't fit exactly. The quality is OK, though the stitching is somewhat erratic. Let's see how the stitching wears...”

“The product looks great. Customer Service is really poor guys. I ordered set of carpets for my vehicle, providing all the required information but received the wrong style. Dealing with the exchange made me feel I was somehow in the wrong! The exchanges with your team was always with negative vibes. I actually went onto Companies House to see what calibre of people I was dealing with. Finally accepting your mistake and resupplying me with the correct Car Mats so I should say thank you. The damage is done and I doubt I'll recommend you to friends”

“The quality of the mats are amazing however the way they were delivered I found was shocking it's bad when your delivery driver says its lucky I had my name printed on them or they would have been robbed by someone as they had been sent in a clear bag”

“I'm very happy with the mats with the exception of the coloured trim which is twisted in one or two places. In this day and age that is very poor quality control. If I had paid much more I would have returned them.”

“Mats ordered for 2013 Toyota Yaris and fitted perfectly, ordered "Grand" quality and they are not as thick / luxurious as i was expecting but they seem well made. Only time will tell how well they last. Packaging was damaged and open which courier told me was how they were given to him - product seemed undamaged.”

“The mats seem like a good quality given that they are so heavy, but the smell is so strong it makes me feel sick, I have left them out in the open with the hope that it will go then I am aside that I will be able to enjoy using the mats”
