“Nice mats, just come with an unwanted label that isnt shown prior to purchasing. I had to cut it off”

Hi Lee Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. The mats come with a small CarMats.co.uk branded label at the back of the drivers mat. We place this as discretely as possible so it will be positioned under or close to the drivers mat. This can be removed if required with a sharp knife.

“The mats are satisfactory and are the right size. I am, however, a little disappointed that the driver's mat does not come with the correct fitting for securing it to the floor of my 2021 Kia e-Niro. There are holes in the right places but instead of the plastic Kia/Hyundai fittings there are metal rings which do not fit properly over the fitting on the floor. I have overcome this my purchasing the correct fitting through Ebay and replacing the metal rings - but it would have been better if the mats had come with the correct clips from CarMats.co.uk. It is also a shame that they use a courier who does not update their web site so tracking is, in reality, not an option.”

Hi Edward Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. The mats we supply come with OEM fixings where possible, sometimes we do use a metal eyelet to retain the mats in place. I'm glad that you've managed to resolve your issue. We would have been happy to help if we were aware of the issue you were having. The tracking on our courier's website is normally so please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this caused.

“Haven't put in car yet. I have bought the carpet type. On first inspection they seem a little thin,but then I don't need a shag pile,they are car mats. I made the mistake of thinking clips where missing,the clips are the holes in the mats,that fit the fixings on the carpet,if your car has the fixings. Overall a happy customer.so happy bought the other arf,a set for her car.”

“Ordered my mats after supplying my car reg. Good follow up info during manufacture. When they arrived I fitted them and the passenger side did not fit, the securing holes were off centre. After informing customer help they told me I asked for mats for the wrong car, I had provided the car reg so how was this my fault. Basically they're not interested in replacing the mat even after supplying my photos proving their error.”

“Price is ok. Matts are ok. Don’t like the brightly coloured car mats logo on each Matt. They did take weeks not days to arrive. If I had known they would take so long to arrive. I would have gone somewhere else to buy them. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend this company.”

I can see that you've placed two orders with ourselves in June, one that was delivered within our lead times and one that was a day over. Please accept our apologies for the late delivery.

“The car mats are ok and better than I had before. My only concern is that the poppers are not very tight fitting on the Audi A3 studs. They come off very easily. I would have liked a tighter fit so I felt that they were secure. The service from the company has been very good.”

Hi Nigel Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. The poppers are designed to be tight but not too tight, if they are too tight then the popper will break apart when removing the mats. If you have issues with the tightness then we may be able to send a tighter fitting clip for the mat. If this is an issue then please do reach out to customer services who will be happy to help.

“Car mats are great for the front of the car, the rear mats are different to the original mats. the first mats received the front was incorrect, the replacement mats the front was ok, however the back was different shape to the original. Don't want to go through the process of returning the order a 2nd time.”

You have standard Peugeot 308 but originally ordered for the convertible, this is why the original mats did not fit. The replacements should fit your vehicle perfectly but the rears are a different shape to the convertible. If still have concerns about the fitment our team would be happy to discuss this further with you.
