“The mats are the correct shape (BMW G20) and fit correctly. I bought the second tier which was portrayed as a quality product. I only needed the drivers as all others are BMW. These were thin with no depth to the pile, leaving me to think how long will they last. I'm guessing you would need to buy the most expensive type available to compare to BMW standard mats!!”

We offer 5 qualities of carpet mats, it's possible you would have been happier with a thicker quality of carpet, such as Executive or Elite. If you'd like to exchange your mats then please let us know and we'd be happy to accommodate you.

Hi David Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. We aim to make our prices as competitive as possible, I'm sorry to hear that you think they could be better. You can purchase mats from Halfords for the cheaper than the set purchased for you Ssangyong Tivoli Manual however these are not tailored for a specific vehicle a poor fit and not a comparable product.

I can't see any record of an order under your email address so I can't comment on the specific mats you've received. However our mats are not comparable with those in home bargains as they tailored to a specific vehicle, rather than a universal (poor) fitting mat. “The mats I was sent were not the colour I ordered. I had ordered Grey and the mats received are black. Have emailed CarMats twice with a photo but only received an automatic response and unable to find a telephone contact number. Product quality reasonable and delivery was fine but after sales customer service seems non existent.”
