“These Mats are ok. They look nice but are quite thin and I can’t see them lasting very long if I’m honest. Some of the stitching is a little untidy. Now don’t get me wrong they are going on the floor of the van and will not be looked at closely and if I’d paid £15 or something, fair enough. But when I’ve paid over £60 I’d expect a better quality. Definitely over priced. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive.”

“The mats are good quality, not excellent though. However they absolutely smell of cigarette smoke, which I can't get rid of. Not sure it's the rubber but they have gone in a brand new car, which now smells.”

“I bought car mats and also a non slip rubber mat for my boot of my Ford ranger. I love both and they fit so well. However the non slip rubber mat absolutely stinks of cigarettes which I’m not happy with and stinks out my boot. I’m hoping over time the smell will dissipate. Being a non smoker and I have a lung disease the smell does affect me.”

“2nd order from car mats, ordered with PVC foot rest as previous order did not last long before it got a hole. Upgraded is no different in my opinion in what pile you get so not worth upgrading”

Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear about the issue with the PVC heelpad, this shouldn't have a hole in it already. We'd be happy to replace this for you. The mats you've purchased have a very different pile than the quality below, the carpet ordered has a velour pile rather than needlepunch from the quality below.

“The mats quality was ok. With the cost and custome made i was expecting better quality. Also shades of black were bit different to drivers and front seat to back.”

We offer a range of qualities of carpet, Executive would closest to the BMW OEM quality. Our mats can appear different shades when viewed from different angles due to the direction of the pile, when in the vehicle they should all appear the same shade.

“Glad i upgraded from basic as I dont think I would have been happy with the material quality. The driver side mat isn’t quite the right fit, I think the button holes are a bit too far left. If I were to summarise I’d say the mats don’t live up to the marketing but they are ok. The communication pre delivery was exceptional. I would probably try elsewhere next time as a comparison.”

We do offer a few versions for the MG ZS as MG do move the clips around a bit within the models, it's possible you required the 2021+ on mats. “The car mats are great, however, when Evri tried to deliver them the first time nobody was in so they were returned to Car mats. When I followed this up with Car mats they said they would be making a new set to deliver. Strange, why not just try to re-deliver the set that had been returned to them”

“Nice mat very sturdy and time will tell how long it stays though good quality and everything as stated with the stitching and detailing on point just thought the naming would be on all mats and would have liked it to be on time”

We only embroider the name on the front two mats as not all rear mats are big enough to support the embroidery. Please accept our apologies for the slight delay with your order, we opened after Christmas on the 2nd January with a backlog of orders which slightly delayed some dispatches.

“Good quality, well made. My only small gripe is that I paid for an upgrade from their standard mats and whilst what I have is acceptable, I would not like to see their standard mats as could be quite thin. They do give pile heights in the descriptions, but think they would be better just offering what I have as standard and a push upgrade from this. However as I say, I am happy with the mats I have. Would recommend.”

“The mats look great, however they smell heavily of the manufacture process, something like burnt rubber, as did another set I bought recently. Also the clips fall apart when removing the front mats for cleaning…”
