“I like the mats, however they make my truck smell like an old man’s pipe!! The smell is quite overpowering!”

Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. Out rubber mats do have a slight rubber odour which fades quickly with use. If you're still having issues with the smell then please let us know.

“Not sure what l was expecting. However ,they eventually arrived and lve got to say l was expecting better quality from reading their reviews. These took an age to make...the holes do not line up with the factory fitted mats so l had to adapt them with double sided tape and they are really thin . Maybe £40 isn't enough to pay for a decent set of mats...my mistake!”

“Happy with the actual mats but felt a bit misled with delivery estimate as they took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Had I known this I would likely had gone else, which is likely don't advertise this I suppose.”

“They are ok. I ordered front and rear for I’d buzz. Only the front came so had to contact them to get rear. They came a week or so later. The quality is good but could be better. The heel pad is actually badly positioned so not too great.”

“The car mats are great but i did have an issue where i searched for them online hit the mats that came up but didnt know there were different hole sizes so i ended up with the wrong one which meant having to send them back so it took around a month to get them. When i messaged about this dan smith didnt seem to get it if you search for car mats and yours come up why would you go looking on the site for alternative hole sizes website needs to be clearer Thanks Nigel”

“Very slow to delivery. Website implied just a few days but was 2 weeks! Qualitly OK but carmat logo (not wanted was stiched into drivers mat and is all wonky. Have had much better experience from other suppliers”

“The front mats do not fit properly the holes for the clips do not line up properly . Seem like good quality so it’s a bit disappointing”

We offer 3mm penny rubber as standard which is commonly used for car mats. If you're unhappy with the product then you're welcome to return the product for a refund.

“I purchased the ‘super’ car mats for my Golf Mk8. I was expecting them to be reasonably luxurious but they are ‘adequate’ at best. They fit well but the quality was not quite what I was expecting.”
