“Mats are fine and fit well What was disappointing is when I purchased them on a fridsy delivery date said Monday. I had just got a new car and it did not have mats so I was wanting them ASAP. The mats took ten days to arrive so I felt the website was misleading. That's my only complaint. If it's not fast delivery shouldn't say that.”

“Mats are as expected however delivery from the courier service very poor. Packaging damaged (Item fine inside) and delivered a day later than advised on the email.”

“Bought the Off Road Rubber car mats for our Kia Niro. Very nice fit and seem very sturdy. However, they smell absolutely awful. I thought the smell would disappear after a few days, but have just taken them out of the car after 10 days as they still smell very strongly of rubber. Am going to leave them in the shed for a month in hopes they improve.”

“Product ok but turnaround from order to delivery is quite poor tbh. No indication when placing the order when you’ll get them apart from days after production…?? That could be next year if they aren’t produced.”

You placed your order on Saturday 2nd November and it was delivered on Friday 8th November. We manufacture our car mats to do order so it does take a few days to dispatch our orders normally, we do have a next day service should you require your mats more quickly.

“The Mats are nice and fit perfectly. BUT why can I not buy just the driver's mat? They wear our much much faster than any of the passenger mats yet you can only buy sets of four. Very wasteful.”

“Happy with the boot mat but not so with the car mats, I opted for the 2nd level up the quality ladder, god knows what the base quality level was like, especially for that sort of money!”

“Nice mats - reasonable fit and quality. What I didn't like was the CarMats logo in green and white stitched into driver's mat. This was not in any of the images and no mention of it in the order or the website.”

“After a lot of deliberation looking at various mat companies I decided on this company for a set of exectutive rubber mats for my Mercedes E350, They arrived on time without any dramas but on inspection before fitting them today I noticed the stitching was far from perfect especialy on the drivers mat and would class these as seconds had they not been made to order. I really can't be bothered to return then so will use them for the winter and then try another company......”

“The mats themselves seem a decent quality however, the fit is another story. The driver's mat, the main one in my opinion, came with cheap, generic fittings that did not fit my car. Lots of emails and photos later, I eventually received replacements with almost the correct fittings in place, albeit too large ones. I had to make a modification to get the mats to fit as they should. Overall I would advise potential purchasers to check before buying that the mats have the correct fittings, I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through the palaver that I experienced.”

Originally the mats received were an incorrect fit for your vehicle. We discussed what you thought the OEM mats looked like for your vehicle & we sent out a set matching your request. The mats we've supplied have the same fixings as the OEM part number & image you provided to us.
