“Not the same product ordered, it also has dirt on the wires. Sent an e-mail yesterday morning request a swap, but no reply until now. However, your request for review arrived first, so here it is.”

“Unfortunately this item has still not been delivered so I can not give a review of the product. The courier company used, Hermes, has now failed twice to deliver, on one occasion claiming that they could not find the front door of the building!!. And there is no option to talk to anyone at Hermes, just an automated service. The response from Buy a parcel to this situation has also been very poor. Again not able to talk to anyone, only via email that take days to respond.”

“My Makita hedge trimmer arrived in a battered box, both ends wrapped in packaging tape with one end not even having any cardboard left on it. My hedge trimmer was poking out of the box and nothing securing it inside the box - it was loose and rattling all over the place. It looks like what I've received is either a return or an ex-demo product. I wish I could put a picture of the state of my item arrived in on here. How on earth anyone could post out an item so poorly packaged is beyond me. In addition I paid for next day delivery which didn't happen. I'm very disappointed with my purchase from buyaparcel and won't be using them again. Not recommended.”

“I didn’t receive my order. My order was shipped to my old work address attempted to contact both courier and buy a parcel but to no avail..Not impressed with either very poor contact information service”

“I purchased a dewalt screw gun due to the quick delivery time ( dispatched next working day ) my delivery didn't arrive. I called no on e there, emailed got a response 2 days later with a tracking number and no apology. Looking at the tracking details it was dispatched a week after payment”

“Asked to deliver Saturday they was quick at taken money emailed them 2 times Saturday no answer Regardless to what’s going on i.e. COVID-19 do you not take Saturday delivery money if you can’t supply the service”

“Used a Courier called Hermes who simply did not deliver the parcel, did not provide a card to say they were unable to deliver it, provided strange and conflicting tracking details and then suggested that the customer requested that the item should be returned. This courier is duping the buyer and seller.”

“I have placed my order a week ago with all items being in stock and haven't heard from them since. No dispatch info, no tracking number, NOTHING. I've contacted the customer support twice with no response, I also can't call them because their hotline is closed due to Covid-19. My only hope is that they'll answer me eventually or that they'll send the items.”

“Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Buyaparcel. Ordered an item which I needed quite urgently, received something different. When disputed I didn’t have any response. Luckily I had bought through eBay who refunded me the money. If I hadn’t, I would still be waiting for a response from them. Shame.”

“I think Black & decker should stick to making drills because this vacuum cleaner is worse than useless. You spend more time picking bits out of the brush than you do actually vacuuming. Save your money and look elsewhere.”
