“I ordered a plunge saw and the plunge saw arrived with no guide rail which then arrived 3 days later and was bent. I contacted buyaparcel whom said they would send a replacement. Still waiting... heading towards the 3 week mark since I originally ordered the saw and needed it numerous times a work”

“Initially very good but since discovering the item was faulty have just been lied to about a replacement and now not even responding to emails. Would not recommend to anyone. Has been a month since original purchase and over two weeks since I told a replacement was coming. I am having to get in touch with my card company to recover the money from these crooks.”

“It took weeks to receive my order after confusion at the warehouse as if they had actually got the item,finally when it was delivered the poorly packed box with a £480 item was thrown over a fence near this address & left overnight in the rain.Great service.I will not be buying anything from you again!”

“Not very good service. Bought and paid for lights. Emailed twice to find out about delivery. Was then told my item had gone 'missing' was awaiting another stock delivery. Got fed up waiting and requested a full refund. Not very good service”

“I ordered this item on the 12th. Of April, on the 17th. Of April I received a message from Hermes to say that they had the item & would deliver it on the 18th. I received a message on the 18th. To say that they couldn’t deliver it because it was damaged in transit. On the 21st. Of April I requested a replacement and was told that it was being processed. It is now the 30th. surely I should have had the item by now.”

“I ordered on April 8th, 2020 and until today my goods have not arrived. I have asked twice and always the same answer that it sends this morning and that I should get a tracking number. I am very disappointed”
