Terrible company, I paid extra for Saturday delivery but got nothing, bunch of con artists, don't use them, spread the word on social media

Bad experience with them i will not recommend to anyone they advet a drill with 63 pounds battery +charger and they send me just the drill i will not buy anything from them they costumer service is bad they answer after 5 days and they blame B&Q for the error

i BOUGHT WHAT WAS ENTITLED A SOLAR BROWN WICKER RABBIT EXCEPT THAT IT WASN'T ACUALLY SOLAR POWERED - tHE PACKET WAS DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION AND THE ITEM WAS ATTRACTIVE BUT JUST MISREPRESENTED ON THE WEBSITE AS TO WHAT IT ACTUALLY WAS. THE PERSON I GIFTED THIS TO DOES NOT HAVE AN EXTERIOR PLUG SOCKET SO FAIRLY DISAPPOINTING

Firstly , I have order DT7943 extreme flat wood spade bits in black case , and you received from you e deferent casee wich is much cheaper than DT7943 , which Incould actually bought on deferent site for about £6 cheaper For that reason I am not happy with your company in fact I won't be buying from your site ever again

Sells products on Amazon and have delivered different items then won’t arrange delivery of the correct items. Plus say they don’t sell or stock the correct item. When it’s clearly displayed on their website! I would avoid this company at all costs.

poor poor delivery service, the parcel was late and had to virtually beg for my parcel because codes were not sent, will not use these again.

DHL delivery company can’t find an address where there’s 8 cottages on a lane and outs has two nos as you walk up the path Wait in lost half a day as they didn’t contact me until two hrs after delivery time Sat nav’s ? Mob no ? Are we in the dark ages? Communication is key 🤔

A hot water tank was purchased and fitted by my Kitchen fitters . It wasn’t even used a whole year and it packed up . Contacted customer services, after going backwards and forwards they came back and said the tank had to be replaced by me because I contacted them a day after the warranty period was up. Tank that cost us nearly £300 packed up within the year and it wasn’t even fitted and used for the whole year . Will not be buying from this company again.

Due to the length of time since the item was purchased it was out of warranty at the time of your contact. Had to call The company as the sensor light I purchased didn’t work - got a full refund with ease. I purchased this light for the look and how it works . It was very easy to put up. The disappointing part is that it’s absolutely rubbish in the evenings for light. It’s supposed to use the daylight to give the light for the evening , but as you can see it doesn’t work for the evening. Took an actually photo at 7.20pm and as you can see - no light .

part of item has broken already when received, also the item,lots of scratches on it, as if they were used. DHL is the worst delivery company in UK,deceived me for two days, and finally I chose to collect by my self. so disappoint shopping 1st time on this website…… no time for exchange or refund

Many we supply are provided with on-site warranty, meaning an engineer will come to your home to resolve free of charge. Ordered a makita DUX60X on Monday then informed on Wednesday this out of stock and offered the 18-volt version. Unfortunately, I had ordered the hedge cutter attachment from another supplier that arrived. tried several times to call them and email them but got no response. the phone number on PayPal does not exist and I tried the landline at 8am it says all operators are busy.! what an absolute joke of a company to deal with.

You can call us on 01502 4730525 - lines open 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri and 8am - 12pm on Saturdays. Apologies that you ordered Monday but we were unable to alert this issue until the following Wednesday. Sadly an issue like this may not be discovered until the order is being picked, shortly before dispatch.
