A hot water tank was purchased and fitted by my Kitchen fitters . It wasn’t even used a whole year and it packed up . Contacted customer services, after going backwards and forwards they came back and said the tank had to be replaced by me because I contacted them a day after the warranty period was up. Tank that cost us nearly £300 packed up within the year and it wasn’t even fitted and used for the whole year . Will not be buying from this company again.

Due to the length of time since the item was purchased it was out of warranty at the time of your contact. Regardless our friendly team spent time advising ways you might clear the fault and we assisted you as much as they could. Had to call The company as the sensor light I purchased didn’t work - got a full refund with ease. I purchased this light for the look and how it works . It was very easy to put up. The disappointing part is that it’s absolutely rubbish in the evenings for light. It’s supposed to use the daylight to give the light for the evening , but as you can see it doesn’t work for the evening. Took an actually photo at 7.20pm and as you can see - no light .

part of item has broken already when received, also the item,lots of scratches on it, as if they were used. DHL is the worst delivery company in UK,deceived me for two days, and finally I chose to collect by my self. so disappoint shopping 1st time on this website…… no time for exchange or refund

I ordered a hammer drill. The description said Keyless Chuck and Adaptor included but he wasn't there. I wrote to customer service a couple of times, but I never got a response.

Many we supply are provided with on-site warranty, meaning an engineer will come to your home to resolve free of charge. Ordered a makita DUX60X on Monday then informed on Wednesday this out of stock and offered the 18-volt version. Unfortunately, I had ordered the hedge cutter attachment from another supplier that arrived. tried several times to call them and email them but got no response. the phone number on PayPal does not exist and I tried the landline at 8am it says all operators are busy.! what an absolute joke of a company to deal with.

You can call us on 01502 4730525 - lines open 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri and 8am - 12pm on Saturdays. You can email us through "websales@buyaparcel.com" If you ordered from us through a platform like eBay, Amazon, Manomano or B&Q you can also contact us through the platforms messaging systems. Apologies that you ordered Monday but we were unable to alert this issue until the following Wednesday. Much to our frustration, and we are sure yours too, on a rare occasion there can be an issue with our stock or the supply of an order. Sadly an issue like this may not be discovered until the order is being picked, shortly before dispatch. We would always provide as much information we could as far as when more stock is due and offer to cancel and refund the order when we reach out regarding these issues. Valve is not working. Cold feed not flowing. Have had to replace it with my old valve which, although leaking, is working What about getting my money back?

Hello, I purchased ten 25kg bags of Monarch salt tablets through buyaparcel and on arrival four of the bags were ripped and one bag contained only 10kg. This is probably down to the hauliers who I am also contacting.

Cannot get through on the phone, expensive order and packaging woefully inadequate and thus everything turns up damaged. Absolutely shocking level of care into parcels. Heavy expensive items need more than shredded cardboard. Especially when said items are all packed loose inside.

Bought a dewalt chain saw from these guys, battery and charger was missing. Said they they had put it in the box but clearly says on the Box it comes with no battery and charger. Sent email with photos etc.. no response back.

It appears when you were last in touch we advised the included battery and chargers would have been added here in-house, and asked you to have a check in the box as the battery and charger would have been placed in there by our packers, despite the print on the box advising these weren't included from the factory. It appears we received no further contact from you after this, so we would have assumed you managed to locate the items you were concerned were missing due to the print on the box. Never received it as there was a problem with EVRI/Hermes delivery, refunded. Don't use EVRI they constantly lose parcels and so admit that they have.

Although the large majority of orders arrive safe and well, there is the occasional shipment that is delayed or doesn't reach destination. Absolute disaster sending out wrong item then not collecting when they’ were supposed too so I gave up I the end. The only way too restore my faith in this company would be if you sent me free of charge my correct first order many thanks .Roddy Paterson

We are unsure why you say you gave up in the end, implying this issue wasn't resolved. It seems the return was successfully collected the day following the initial booking, and the order refunded as soon as the item was collected. Hi, We can confirm you reached out to us to advise your order was damaged. Unfortunately the damage shown was significant, which would imply this issue would be clear on delivery and the state of delivery would show this. Because the item was delivered well over 48 hours prior to you raising this issue, and tracking showed no signs of damage to the shipment, it seemed highly possible damage you reported occurred after delivery. If raised within 48 hours of delivery, we would resolve an issue with damage without fuss on the assumption damaged occurred in transit, after this period we cannot accept claims for damage as per the policy of management. We do our best to make this clear in our terms and conditions of sale (https://www.buyaparcel.com/terms-and-conditions#delivery) as per the below: "Damaged parcels should be rejected when the delivery is attempted. If the parcel has been damaged, items you ordered are missing or incomplete but you did not see it until you accepted it, please contact us within 48 hours to make us aware and we will work with you to replace it or refund it. It would be helpful if you could provide images of the damage & packaging too.
