“The prices are reasonable, but the customer service and delivery is appalling!! I have been waiting over a week for an item I purchased, one that they are still showing in stock, but do you think I can get anyone to tell me when it will be dispatched? I sent three emails last week, chasing my purchase, and when they finally mailed me back on Friday afternoon, I was told your item will arrive shortly. I queried when shortly was and have received no response. I then emailed and asked for a managers email address so I can put in a complaint, but have yet to receive a response. That says it all. Just another company using the pandemic as an excuse for diabolical service.”

“Not impressed!!!!! Paid for on the 8th May and after chasing up the posting of the package with 2 messages with initially no response eventually was informed that it had been dispatched on the 15th May, a week later. The delivery date was stated between 15th to 18th May so no surprise that it arrive late on the 20th May. When I inspected it the tstak was missing the foam inlay but advertised with it included!!!!! It was only when I queried it that I was informed that they knew about it ( thanks for Letting me know 🙄, otherwise I would have bought this item elsewhere) and that I could either wait for the supply to arrive, which could have been anytime or a refund of the inlay itself. After being mucked around with late delivery and then no inlay I could have bought this from a reliable source, namely Amazon even paying a little bit extra that would have been fine but at least I would have got the complete package on time as promised. The only plus part of this review was the swift refund for the inlay by the lady who works for the company but then that was the least they could do. The moral of the story is don’t buy from this company but purchase from a reliable one e.g Amazon ( all the time for me now)”

“The lights purchased are not the size advertised at 50cm each at 2 meters wide in total. So expecting 2 meters i built my patio while they are in post getting delivered ready for the arrival and I'm now 8 cm short. When speaking with buyaparcel about it they were not bothered as they just sell on from other retailers. Don't buy from this company”

“I cannot review the item as I haven't got it. I had an email to say my archway had been delivered and signed for by Newman(my name is Newnham so it certainly wasn't me). There is no sign of it anywhere on my property and responses to my emails to Buy A Parcel and DHL, their delivery service have so far gone unanswered. I wonder who has gained an archway they haven't asked for or paid for?”

“I ordered this item weeks ago, I received confirmation. It has still NOT BEEN DELIVERED! Completely unacceptable behaviour, Get my purchase to me immediately! Delivery was NOT on time Nobody made the delivery Damaged? How should I know, I haven't even received it yet!! Days? It's been weeks!! Get my delivery to me as quick as is humanly possible, PLEASE.”

“I have not yet received my parcel from buy a parcel which was ordered on a 24hr delivery service over a week ago. I have tried contacting the company but they are not taking calls. I have emailed the company a few days ago as told to do on the automated service but still yet to hear back.”

“I ordered and paid for 2 items separately then waited and waited and waited so I emailed them to ask where's my items. I was informed that the power tool is out of stock so refunded my paypal a/c and the other one was with the courier. Finally received it 2 weeks later. A poor service I feel.”
