“Ordered trimmer line 29/4. Apart from the same day confirmation, no word since then. No mention of dispatch OR being out of stock. Mailed BuyAParcel asking what is happening but only an automated acknowledgement so far. However I have been asked to write a review - and this is it.”

“Disc arrived reasonably promptly but with mis-described invoice which immediately made me think it was the wrong item. It was actually the right one. Poor score also reflects fact that other goods ordered before the disc still have not been dispatched. No word from BuyAparcel on this.”

“Still waiting for a refund as it was faulty, sent back ages ago. Also bought another one which didn’t turn up and not even had a refund for that one yet!!!! Can’t get in touch with anyone, no one answers the phone and no replies to numerous emails!!!!”

“The delivery was prompt and well done, but I felt cheated with the order. Although the salt blocks are provided in pairs, buyaparcel charged me for each block, which I didn’t notice when I ordered. I thought this was very sneaky. This made them very expensive and I won’t be ordering from them again.”

Hi Graeme, I have just let you a voicemail. Just to say, we only sell in twin packs eg if you order 1 pack of block salt you get 2 blocks of salt. We get 3 packs into each parcel so your 6 packs should have been in 2 parcels. Both are showing as signed for but in these troubled times, a driver has to maintain social distance so you perhaps only have 1 parcel? Please let me know on my direct email I provided on the voicemail what you recieved and I will sort any shortage. Thanks, Mike

“These lights look amazing. However I got 2 sets. First set worked for 2 nights and the second for 4 nights. Tried to contact but got no responses back so have returned the lights for a refund through eBay.”
