“Terrible service, ordered a Makita hammerdrill body and was sent an impact driver body, nobody to answer phones to speak to to rectify, emailed and had no response!”

“I ordered 3 items, only 2 items were delivered and one of them is faulty. I have sent Buy a Parcel 2 separate emails regarding this but still no response. I just hope this gets sorted or I will be £350 out of pocket!”

“Shocking company. If you dont have 10 to wait for your delivery, do not buy from them. I have purchased some dewalt boxes on 15th of May. On Tuesday I got in touch with them to see when are they going to dispatch. Wednesday I got replay saying that they may post it on Thursday. I replied asking them to cancel. I got told that they unable to cancel despite that item was not dispatched. I got tracking number from them saying that they will deliver on Saturday with UK mail. I contacted uk mail and they did not recognise the tracking. I have opened case with eBay and awaiting refund. Waste of time !”

“What a load of rubbish then tried to get in touch with customer service again a rubbish service. Paid £74?for a cupboard that doesn’t even stand as the precision engineering is appalling. Waiting for response Absolutely disgusting x”

“Was very disappointed with the service I received, my purchase price was taken from my PayPal account on day of purchase then it was over 8 days until shipped. Even under the current climate, I believe this was a very poor turn around”

“You don’t put it in big writing I am very disappointed with my order because I have a jcb drill and a DeWALT carry storage case making it more clear next time there will not be a next time AND NO TOOLS THE PRICE WAS A RIP OFF FOR A BOX”

“Shocking customer service. Received my makita planer 4 weeks ago but it was sent with the wrong box and inlay. They basically didn’t believe me and wanted pictures to prove this. Sent them pictures and now they want me to wait in all day for a courier to swap. 4 weeks this has taken all because you send an email to them and there’s no reply for 3/4 days every time. These things happen and that’s fine but sort it out when it does. And while your at it sort out your customer service. Wouldn’t buy from them again for this reason.”

“POOR SERVICE. ORDERED & PAID FOR ITEMS ON 02 MAY, RECEIVED ON 21 MAY AT 9 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT. OTHER COMPANIES DELIVER NEXT DAY EVEN WITHIN THE LOCKDOWN. SLOWER THAN A SNAIL. I'LL STEER CLEAR IN FUTURE.”

“Disappointed, my drill burnt out, so i needed a replacement immediately. I searched for a company that said they had a replacement & could provide next day delivery. I paid the extra for this but delivery took a week. Eventually they delivered my new drill 30 mins early when I was out. Then said I had signed for it.”

“No confirmation of sale received. No communication from seller. No date provided for delivery. Website said the item was in stock and would be dispatched the following day. After a week I had to contact the company. Only then was item dispatched and I received the following day. Wouldn’t use again.”

“Worse company to buy from, Takes 3 days to reply by email ordered tool on next day delivery didn’t turn up then got email with excuses, Then got a tracking number But they don’t tell you which company the tracking number is for you have to find that out yourself then when I did DHL got parcel on Monday and are not going to deliver it for another 5 days Told bank and I’m getting money refunded Terrible company to do business with”
