“Diverted parcel to a drop off point cos I couldn't guarantee to be home at the expected delivery time. The parcel never got to the drop point, the shop blamed the courier and the courier blamed the shop. Took 2 weeks to get a refund. Won't use buyaparcel again.”

Hi Eddie, Sorry about this issue. It appears you asked for your parcel to be delivered to a certain location but it was rejected at the delivery address. I can see as soon as the goods returned to our warehouse you were refunded in full. Sadly when a delivery is rejected, it can take a long time to return to us and we have no control over the delivery being rejected ourselves. Kind regards, buyaparcel customer services.

“I have now bought 2 cordless brushless Makita power tools from "Buy A Parcel" and both were the cheapest I could find when doing Internet searches. Delivery were very prompt and the tools arrived in time for when I needed them. I shall definitely consider buying from "Buy A Parcel" again if their prices are the lowest.”

We are very sorry to hear that the carrier took this long to complete the delivery with you. I can see that your order was dispatched from the Buyaparcel warehouse and handed to the carrier on 16th August 2022. So we would have expected the carrier to deliver this to the address on the order within 24-48 working hours after dispatch.
