“I purchased an item in stock with my credit card for next day delivery, received an email confirmation but never received a tracking number within 16 hours - i spent numerous times calling the advertised buyaparcel number and was met with a "all our agents are busy" message continually each time i called. Other form sent emails about packaging went unanswered also. Without any explanation or a call to me from their finance department, they refunded my purchase 20 hours later, to later claim by email, after i raised another ticket with them, that they had advised me it was a suspected fraudulent transaction - without any evidence they had contacted me. Dreadful. TL;DR I will shop elsewhere.”

HI Paul, Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. To explain, each transaction made with us goes through some checks of details with financial bodies such as your payment provider. Sometimes these bodies come back to us to advise we need to reverse the transaction, as details submitted may indicate a fraudulent transaction.
