“Ordered a shower mixer on line from Buy A Parcel - order process was easy, excellent communication from supplier including contact and tracking details with DHL. We were advised of del by DHL - waited in all day to be told by DHL that delivery was complete and signed for!! Advised the supplier that this was Not true - they contacted DHL and were advised the parcel was not delivered but lost!! Buy A Parcel were excellent, they arranged for a specific timed delivery for a replacement as soon as they could (a few days later). The Customer Service from the supplier was excellent - only let down by DHL. Product now installed - very pleased with quality at a good price.”

“I placed an order on 14th april, advertised as evri next day delivery, estimated 2-3 days. It is now 10 days later & i have still not received my item. I have sent many messages to which I have received no reply. This company obviously uses Subterfuge to sell there items as reading through other reviews I can see they have also done this to so many other people. I could of ordered of temu for half the price & received the item from china quicker. Absolute joke.”

“Purchased a makita drill - delivery was slow. Came with a box for storage, however the wrong box was provided. Contacted customer service with no resolution or acknowledgement of their mistake and no interest in replacing for the correct box. Dreadful customer service”

“I have bought a few items from this company and they seem to beat most on price. An item I bought from Buy A Parcel via a B and Q store developed a fault after 3 weeks. The return process was very easy and straightforward. The item was returned to B and Q and the refund was issued straight away, with no quibble guarantee. Very happy with this company and I will buy from them again.”
