“Hello, I returned my Makita Heated Gilet and it was delivered back to yourselves on the 13th January because I couldn’t fasten the double zip. I’ve only just received a refund after ringing up, god knows if I’d forgotten about it I’d never have got my money back. Anne Marie on the other hand was very polite and helpful and initiated my refund immediately. 🙏🙏”

“Awful company. Item arrived badly packaged and damaged. That happens - but have tried phoning, contacting via ebay and emailing and impossible to get a response. Plenty of decent places to purchase tools - AVOID!”

“I needed to return an item of quite high value. The returns service was 10/10. The delivery company had not arrived to the house and not notified me that they were unable to make the collection. However once I advised BuyAParcel, they apologies on behalf of the delivery company and rearranged the collection for the next day no questions asked. On every occassion, I was assisted by a very helpful member of staff and they are all keen on ensuring good customer service. Credit to the team.”

“I have bought a few tools from Buyaparcel and have no issue with them, HOWEVER, I am currently awaiting a delivery via DHL which has been delayed AGAIN. It was originally out for delivery on the 8th December but has been delayed “until the next working day” three times and is now supposedly coming tomorrow (12 December). This item has been purchased as a Christmas present to be given to the recipient on Saturday. In the meantime, I purchased another item from Buyaparcel (ordered 7th Dec, delivered by Evri on 10th Dec) just as expected. Just FYI, emails to Buyaparcel have not been answered and the phone goes to voicemail.”
