“Item was delivered with package damaged with part of goods not within. Goods external packaging marked. Complaint made and new goods dispatched. Goods initially were not properly packed before dispatch.”

“I have bought a few power tools and accessories from Buy A Parcel now and they offer a hassle free service and when one accessory had a missing part they sent said part a few days later. Only marked down slightly as the deliveries have tended to arrive later than the advertised expectation.”

“Bought exposed Bristan shower fitting , expected 5 year warranty. Turns out after about 10 showers and 15 months , was a "Commercial fitting " with one year warranty . After 2 failed e-mails , long waiting and no response to phone calls , no response. Bristan no better , using Commmercial as excuse for poor quality. not interested in customer service. Avoid , buy elsewhere Martin . Cumbria”
