“Delivery of archway very fast, speak to delivery firm it did have a damaged box in places and minor to archway. did find same archway from you on at least 3 different well known site at different prices, google shopping had you selected through. Grey Archway SKU4050010 did require more coats of grey paint as the dip was missing in place. assembly instructions easy to follow. Not as robust as expected as uprights are only 33X36 square. Service Improvement would have helped if you website would have had a link to ground stakes or a frequently bought with link, increase spend with you also.”

“Initially customer service was great, unfortunately when they made arrangements to collect and deliver a replacement product it didn’t arrive as planned wasted a day and a half poor planning and never answered my emails for several days. Not impressed at the end of the day with this service. No doubt they will blame someone else they made the delivery arrangements and just didn’t do what they said they would. A response to my emails would have been nice and acknowledge they messed up. Service started off good then quickly deteriorated. The delays ruined my project and cost me money and wasted time.”

“Buyaparcel reacted extremely well to a problem we had with the size of a water softener. Although Buyaparcel hadn't done anything wrong, they gave us a free return and full refund. Would recommend them to anyone and we will use them again.”

“Very quick delivery, loads quicker than originally said, only negative, unable 2 track delivery, number quoted on invoice and emails etc kept coming up as no such number, which does worry you wen it’s you first time with company, other than that will definitely use again”

“I havent got a clue what I bought from Buyaparcel and they didnt bother to tell me what it was in their request for a review and I buy a tonne of stuff. Based on the fact that I havent had any bad experiences with any of my purchaces from anyone, I can safely say Buyaparcel must have done an ok job. For a better review, let me know WTF im supposed to be reviewing.”

“Bought something by mistake on ebay, my phone got stuck and i only wanted to know what it costs , but when my phone start working again i saw that i bought it and so i cancelled it imediately , within 10 minutes, yesterday evening, and now they say i cant cancel it. Its for about GBP 220 😳😳😳 I refuge it when it arrives so they have to pay a lot more then when they cancelled it or contact the Dhl and stop it. Tried to call but because of Covid they dont pick up the phone”
