“Very quick delivery, loads quicker than originally said, only negative, unable 2 track delivery, number quoted on invoice and emails etc kept coming up as no such number, which does worry you wen it’s you first time with company, other than that will definitely use again”

“I havent got a clue what I bought from Buyaparcel and they didnt bother to tell me what it was in their request for a review and I buy a tonne of stuff. Based on the fact that I havent had any bad experiences with any of my purchaces from anyone, I can safely say Buyaparcel must have done an ok job. For a better review, let me know WTF im supposed to be reviewing.”

“Bought something by mistake on ebay, my phone got stuck and i only wanted to know what it costs , but when my phone start working again i saw that i bought it and so i cancelled it imediately , within 10 minutes, yesterday evening, and now they say i cant cancel it. Its for about GBP 220 😳😳😳 I refuge it when it arrives so they have to pay a lot more then when they cancelled it or contact the Dhl and stop it. Tried to call but because of Covid they dont pick up the phone”

“I placed an order for an AFK cottage arbour on 26th March as the website said these were in stock. Confirmation came that it would be 2 weeks and I would be contacted by the delivery company with a tracking number. I have mailed Buyaparcel 8 times for an update without even an acknowledgement. I have now spoken with AFK direct to find out the position and find that my order will not be fulfilled until 19th July which is 17 WEEKS after ordering. I have since had contact from Buyaparcel who have now taken my concerns seriously and have understood my position. They have taken this up with the manufacturer who has now agreed on a delivery date in 2 weeks. I have amended my score to reflect how my concerns were responded to.”

Hi Richard, these larger garden items on our site aren't held here but we do get regular stock lead time updates from AFK and Rowlinson etc. but the lead times frustratingly do shift. I can see my colleague AnneMarie replied with the lead time on the 13th April. So apologies if the email wasn't received. I will follow up with a phone call to see if you want to keep the order alive to cancel. Thanks, Mike

“Do not order from here at the moment they have a back log of orders so taking for ever to get orders sent out my boots I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. Still waiting a week later”

“I had ordered two items from a reputable garden centre in plenty of time for a birthday present,almost 3 weeks later they let me down badly. I cancelled the purchase and found the same items on Buyaparcel at almost half the others stores price!! I ordered and received within 3 days, great price great service, Just as an online store should be.”
