Very disappointed when item arrived I found there was no battery or charger, could you tell me what use is a cordless strimmer with no battery?

Very slow to respond & all over shop when they did I had to Email a few times To find out what was happening with my order then they said they would refund the money which they did then the item arrived after Emailing them again to say It had arrived (they did not know)& i will send the the money back they answered me straight away Then it took days to say thank you. Only order from from this supplier if you are not in a hurry.

Haven’t received item yet. On tracking, it doesn’t even say out for delivery. Apparently wasn’t even shipped for 10 days after payment. I’m hoping this is due to the Covid 19, otherwise really poor performance.

Arrived after the two days specified in the tracking app that was never updated. Upon opening one of the locking catches was broken. After numerous call and emails finally got a reply saying then had no replacement boxes in stock, and to add insult to injury offered me a £5.00 gesture of good will on a product costing over £160.00 to source mysrlf a replacement handle and to fit it. As I refused to accept this do call offer they resorted to collect the whole package *I'm sure that cost more than £5.00) I was refused a refund until they have recieved the item back even after confirmation of collection. Talk about trust so all in all I have bern out of pocket now for 4 weeks. I will never buy anything from this compsny ever again and warn other potential customers to stay clear. I think they need to invest in some "Customer Training".

Ordered sander and belts for a job. Took all the money, only sent the belts. Wasn't able to do the job. No email warning they didn't have it in stock, couldn't contact them except by email because they weren't manning the phone lines (yes, really, not one single person!). Result - no contact whatsoever, no refund, no sander. Failed to do the job. Very very unhappy.

Paid extra for next day delivery and failed to deliver on time. Had to collect from DHL depot personally. Not happy.

Unfortuanltly my experience so far is not every good, I bought a parcel that according to your delivery information was going to arrive within 3 days of ordering. That was 7 days ago an I still have not received my package. I have no understandng of a way of tracking where my parcel is, I tried several times yesterday to call your customer service number only to be directed to an email address which I did email, as well as filling your contact us process on the web site. I have had no communications from yourselves other than to write a review for you. If someone could check the email account and get back to me I would be grateful. Thank you. Oh I have created an account with your website so I could track my parcel but that is telling me I have no parcel to track. I do have the screen shots of the checking out an payment process an how much I paid.

To this date I did not receive any confirmation or email of any order or payment. Only when it arrived did I get an email saying it had arrived. Money was preauthorised but this confused me as I had no order confirmation. Eventually went through. Product looks great and price was a good deal. Left hanging for a few days. Customer service email and system is unreliable.

The prices are reasonable, but the customer service and delivery is appalling!! I have been waiting over a week for an item I purchased, one that they are still showing in stock, but do you think I can get anyone to tell me when it will be dispatched? I sent three emails last week, chasing my purchase, and when they finally mailed me back on Friday afternoon, I was told your item will arrive shortly. I queried when shortly was and have received no response. I then emailed and asked for a managers email address so I can put in a complaint, but have yet to receive a response. That says it all. Just another company using the pandemic as an excuse for diabolical service.
