“I wrote a review on eBay , which was when I first got the greenhouse since then I'm sorry to say I am so disappointed with it Firstly it ripped even though I was so very careful I had one before from a different supplier it was cheaper and so much stronger and lasted 3 years before it ripped!..it's in a sheltered position but twice now it's collapsed the poles are not sturdy either, and the plastic is far too thin,...it's ripped again putting it back up not happy and waste of good money,...If it falls down again I will cut my loses and buy something more sturdy, it's damaging the plants too each time it collapses .....”

“The blade absolutely rubbish, the packaging of this is from a drill not a circular saw, with the stickers that its from the drill. As this being bought as a present for someone it's disappointing giving them that.”

“This company have fraudulently debited money twice from my account this week. There were several attempts previously that were unsuccesful. There is no way to call this company to complain. We have contacted our bank’s fraud department. Stay away!”

Hi Adam, I called your number and your colleague's and got through to her. I explained we are only the seller and someone using a stolen card on our site doesn't make us party to the crime. I have since emailed you both with more detail and will continue to cooperate with you, the bank and of course if it gets escallated, the police (although in my experience the latter want very little to do with card fraud for whatever reason). Please keep in touch as we work to resolve this to our mutual benefit but I had to set the record straight publically that we aren't the perpetrators of any fraud. I did sent a review ammendment request but I guess it being the weekend you may not have seen as yet. Take care, Kind regards, Mike

“Very disappointed with the service. First and last purchase from buy a parcel. DHL came home with the item initially but could not deliver because of the incorrect communication you provided them. Then you acknowledged the error and promised the delivery. But despite being home all day, DHL could not find access to deliver my item when they could easily access our home on the first occasion. The item never got delivered and I received a refund 3 weeks after placing the order.”

“Bought the tool on the 30th April, only to find it was missing the long screwdriver bits to enable the attachment to be used with it , Fast forward to now 17th June , Still waiting and not much communication from them. Bit annoyed with lack of updates.”

“No stars ( had to put 1 ) as my hanging basket arrived in a box that was far too small & packed on its side so it was squashed, the moss had fallen off & a flower was broken off. This item was a present from my sister who has complained to you 2 days ago asking for a replacement or refund but still hasn't had a reply & cannot speak to anyone as phones are not manned at moment”

“Ordered it for Saturday delivery (£9) they forgot to put door number on the address. DHL couldn’t deliver had to wait until Monday for DHL to phone me and ask what my door number was! Cost me a days work! Very poor”

“Ordered an £1,100 water softener on 04/06/2020 which was listed as in stock and next day delivery. It’s now 16/06/2020 and no sign or communication of when or if I’ll receive it. Only responded to say that I didn’t pay for next day which I sent a screenshot showing I did. Then back to ignoring. They’ve shut their phone lines so you have no way of contacting them other than email which they ignore. Other than call the police to report a scam I’m not sure how I’ll get my money back. If you want a company to take your money and then ignore you then look no further. Big banner across the website stating business as usual when I ordered too!”
