We are sorry to hear this, our warehouse has been extremely busy due to the lock-down caused by Covid-19 and was shipping each order as quickly as possible. I can see you placed the order on Tuesday 16th June at 5:35pm and it was shipped by the warehouse on Monday 22nd June at 6:35am, 4 working days after it was placed. Before and after lock-down our normal dispatch time is within 1-2 working days depending on when the order is placed.

We are sorry to hear this happened with your delivery. I can see you emailed us on Tuesday 23rd June and we replied and resolve the issue by Thursday 25th June.

misrepresentation of item, basically showing photo of 3 carp on stake when only one carp was supplied

I'm sorry to hear this, because the image supplied to us from the manufacture is just a stock image. We do state in the description on the listing that is supplied if ordered - "1 carp light included" - to try and make it clear as possible before you decide to place an order.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've looked into this and can see you messaged us on 1st July to report you hadn't received your order and we replied on 3rd July to advised we have raised the issue with the carrier to see here your order is. As the carrier couldn't locate the parcel as per your request we arranged for your order to be shipped again on 10th July and can see this was delivered to you on Saturday 11th July at 9:07am.

I'm sorry to hear your were happy with your purchase. I can see you raised a return request on 7th July and the return was received, processed and refunded back to you on 13th July 2020.

We can see your order was dispatched with DHL International on 16th June 2020. DHL advise this was delivered on 24th June 2020. International deliveries during this time were taking linger then normal because of local and national lock-downs caused by Covid-19. If you still haven't received your delivery, then please email our customer service team websales@buyaparcel.com .

Bad description of items and no intention of resolving any issues, I believe there policy is that the customer is never right! Will never purchase from this company again

You sent us a message on 10th June and a member of the customer service team replied to you by 12th June. As already advised it does clearly state on the advert that both 10.8 and 12v batteries & chargers work with this tool. We do clearly state it in the description on the advert (see below):- "All 10.8v CXT and 12v MAX CXT batteries, chargers and tools are compatible with both 10.8v CXT and 12v MAX CXT branded tools and accessories. Makita have re-branded all 10.8v tools to 12v Max." We did also advise if that if you won't happy with your purchase, we would accept it back for a full refund.

We can see your order was shipped on 15th June 2020 with Hermes, and should have been delivered to you by now. We can't see that you have messaged us to report this issue so we could step in and help. We can see that you sent us a email on Friday 12th June which are customer service team replied to on Tuesday 16th June. And details were sent to you to pick a date so a collection could be booked to pick up your order. I can see you replied to our message on the same day (16th June).

False description of item on eBay. Went quiet when a refund was requested. Forced refund through eBay grievance

The description we use is given to us from the manufacture, and it did clearly state it was just a coating on the product and not what is it made out of. Soon as you asked if you could return for a refund, we accepted the return request and this was processed on our behalf by eBay and PayPal.

Terrible service bag broke within 2 uses I’ve been trying to get a replacement for 2weeks now the customer service is awful

We can see that as agreed a replacement bag was picked packed and shipped by our warehouse, but for some unknown reason this was never delivered to you by the carrier company. This was reported to our manager who contacted your directly and arranged for a full refund to be issued back to you because of the delays caused by the carrier.

goods did not arrive,problem with courier,due delivery on 12.6.2020 now 25.6.2020 still no goods delivered,customer services now finally chasing.I am now having to fill in a signed a letter to tell the courier the goods did not arrive.How did I get involved in a problem that buy a parcel should have followed up on 4 or 5 days after missed delivery .I attempted to contact by phone was told email only which took 3 days to answer

Apologies but due to the lock-down caused by Covid-19 all our staff were working from home to protect them and you our customer, so because of this our phone was closed down. I can see you reported the issue to us on 24th June and the same day we raised the issue with the carrier and sent a Non Receipt of Parcel form to you, as this is a legal document to say you have never received/accepted the parcel from the carrier. You emailed the completed form back us on 26th June, and we can see your order was cancelled and refunded on the 26th June as per your request.

I bought this item not realising how light it would be. Within an hour of it being on the table, a slight breeze blew it off the table and it smashed. Very disappointed as it would have looked lovely.

they wont refund me depsite dhl admitting liability for a lost parcel they ignore messages and cower behind there screens phone number doesnt work. im £270 down and dhl are saying theK must be the ones to make a claim

I wrote a review on eBay , which was when I first got the greenhouse since then I'm sorry to say I am so disappointed with it Firstly it ripped even though I was so very careful I had one before from a different supplier it was cheaper and so much stronger and lasted 3 years before it ripped!..it's in a sheltered position but twice now it's collapsed the poles are not sturdy either, and the plastic is far too thin,...it's ripped again putting it back up not happy and waste of good money,...If it falls down again I will cut my loses and buy something more sturdy, it's damaging the plants too each time it collapses .....
