“We have to say the actual product is very good and we are very pleased with the planters. However they did take a very long time to actually get to us, and that is the reason we are not giving a 'higher score' as we assume this survey relates to the 'overall experience' we had with your company.”

“I’ve already done this for you and then received a 2nd request ... I felt it was very misleading to show a photo of 3 Carp fish when the price was for 1 that looks very lonely on it’s own in my garden. I appreciate that the small print did say 1 but when you’re buying online, you focus on the photo. I wasn’t a happy bunny! Liz (Mayne)”

“No problem with the product or price, in fact quite reasonable for supply and deliver, however the transaction time was awful, a total of 12 days from ordering and paying to delivery, not the sort of time scale I am used to with eBay orders, Buy a Parcel need to sort their lead time as the delay in delivery has made me reticent to order from them again.”

“Item arrived very quickly but we were expecting a weedkiller cone with the sprayer (as itemised on the delivery note). The weedkiller cone was not in the box with the sprayer and there was no indication of its whereabouts on the delivery note. Have contacted the company by email and Facebook messenger but still awaiting a response.”

“The purchase process was totally straightforward and efficient however the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully the homeowner was an honest gentleman and brought the parcel to our home.”

“The saw was faulty and I returned it.The label for returning was for 2Kg and the parcel was 2.7kg. I had to request another label.However A courier was arranged to collect the parcel.The driver at first did not bring a new label but after discussion with him he fetched one from his van and accepted the parcel. He refused to take it at first.”

“Asked and paid for a Saturday delivery. Didn't happen (in the current climate that is fine I understand). Under Buyaparcels own T&C of Covid19 you can get your postage back. I phoned up and NO YOU CANNOT. So I got my order late and paid more for it. DONT pay additional delivery.”

“I bought the Dewalt DWST1-81048 Tstak Tower - Includes 6 Cases with Wheeled Cart Trolley. It was fast delivery but missing the 2 large containers from the deep drawer. Emailed customer service but i haven't been contacted back????”
