“Delivery was great ,but I've emailed yo 3 times with the problem I have. The only response I have had from you is that you have received my email and you will get round to it . This item is a birthday present and would like it resolved ASAP”

“Delivery was left on my doorstep. One of the sacks was split and salt was slightly damp meaning that there was one big lump”

“Service was good and the price was competitive - however when the water-softener hoses were delivered I found that they were not all metal construction as per the picture on the website - but had plastic end pieces. This was exactly the part that failed on a previous set, however, I had to fit these inferior hoses due to time constraints on this job. I'll be VERY careful about using them next time”

“Won't stop asking for a review of a dust bag for a power plane. It's a dust bag and it was cheap. Didn't arrive particularly quickly as I recall, but maybe this will stop the emails?”

“Company was good but delivery was poor, took over 10 days to arrive. They did chase up the courier and then it did arrive however disappointing it took so long. Product as described and great”

We are sorry to hear that your order took longer then expected to be delivered. I can see your order was placed on 9th August and our warehouse dispatched this with the carrier on 10th August. The carrier should have completed the delivery to your address within 2-3 working days from dispatch, so we are sorry see that the carrier did not deliver this until 16th August. We will feed this back to the carrier and we hope this doesn't stop you from placing further orders with us in the future.

“Purchased a power tool battery which failed after 1 use , contacted Buy a Parcel and the first response was very swift , however once it was established that the battery was faulty it was very difficult to get a reply to my emails asking for their returns procedure , once I'd got that information I returned the battery and was told a refund would be issued within 10 days , almost 2 weeks later with no refund and several unanswered emails I managed to get through to customer services and was told by an incredible coincidence that my refund was processing that very same day I did eventually get my refund but it was a lot more difficult and long winded than needed , in short I won't be buying from this company again.”

“Buying was easy delivery good as was price But trying to register the part to obtain the advertised 5 year warranty is a battle and is still ongoing Not sure who is the problem but the manufactures do not recognise buy a parcel So please beware if you do want a warranty Have since had a reply from buy a parcel the ticket has been closed Someone nerds to rectify this not send me emails to call Again”

“Bargain for the price and looks good up. Only downside is part or the arch had a big split in it and when putting together it totally broke, mended with a bit of glue and a screw so no biggie. Still a bargain for the price”

“Loved the actual effect of lighting hanging basket, but major manufacturing fault on product. All 6 lights leaked rain water into globe as there is no sealant where rim meets lens. I have siliconed this and so far it has worked but was disappointed with this fault. However on the good side one light was faulty right from the start but was promptly replaced when I contacted you. Thank you for that.”

“Response times for the order and delivery of goods, as well as the DeWalt equipment, deserves 5 stars and was excellent. However, the presentation of 15% discount shown on the Ebay site was very misleading. My recollection is that I was invited to use a code "Take Off 15" or something like that. It did not apply to my goods so I changed my order to buy some items elsewhere that offered clearer pricing and saved me some money.”
