“I bought the Dewalt DWST1-81048 Tstak Tower - Includes 6 Cases with Wheeled Cart Trolley. It was fast delivery but missing the 2 large containers from the deep drawer. Emailed customer service but i haven't been contacted back????”

“Disappointing As a returning customer bought a new battery for it to be delivered in just a large box so battery moved around and got scratched up some simple bubble wrap would have been ideal paying for a new battreys you want it to be packaged so it still looks new when you get it not that it’s been dragged around the floor”

“Envió rápido. Dos baterías venían fuera de su caja y sin precinto. Calidad dudosa por este hecho. Me permitían devolución pero 1 paquete (3 baterías), no me permitían dos baterías, con lo cual he tenido que quedármelas. Tampoco me aclaraba quién pagaba los gastos de devolución. Se han limitado a cumplir, pero nada más, por eso pongo 3 estrellas.”

“As Iv been asked to write this here goes . Negative points are the item is advertised as a breaker drill but on inspection it’s only a breaker and also I paid for next working day delivery ordering on a Monday and recieving on a Thursday so no points there either . On the plus side all sounds positive from your side when I said I will have to return the item as it must have a drill function. Obviously I will be having to pay for the return although I thought I was buying a drill and breaker”

“I appreciate the pandemic has caused problems with communication and delivery time, but it was quite slow on both accounts! I did get the delivery but didn't have any notification as to when it would be. When I emailed Customer Services, it took a few days to get a response, by which point I'd already received notification from Hermes.”

“Giving 3* only because the website says free next day delivery if ordered befor 3pm. I ordered on a Saturday so thought the order may not be prossesed till Monday, so Tuesday delivery. I emailed on the Thursday to find out where my order was and was told it's still being processed and I will receive confirmation when it's been processed. I didn't receive my parcel till the following Monday. Everything is fine with the strimmer, and I would have been happy to wate a week for it. It would have been 5*s if they had keped me up to date with shipping and explain they were running behind due to the curent pandemic, or for what ever reason. All in all it's good I just think a bit more communication would have been nice.”

“I would have given it a 5 star very good but for one thing. With the table set at 0 degrees it is actually half a degree out. I had cut 10 meters various angles etc. Did not realise till all cut and fixing together, that every thing was out.”

“Ordered these new blades and received confirmation of order really quickly. This stated delivery date + the fact that they would email me on dispatch. By the delivery date had heard nothing so contacted them - again the response was very quick - stating they had been dispatched (why didn't they email me as stated?). Told their courier (Royal Mail) taking 7 days to deliver, must only be if sent from them as not waited that long for anything else. Would have scored higher as the blades were a very good price and their responses were very quick but if they were dispatched when they say they were why not email me as stated they would???? And why is Royal Mail taking 7 days just on their deliveries?????? As a first time customer not sure I would use again.”

“The Bosh mini vacuum cleaner, although bought as premier brand, was deficient in power, ie: no power pack. As the cleaner was a German model, the word "bare" was interpreted as a German word and not investigated. If the word was substituted by "This model has no power pack and has to be purchased separately", then there would be no confusion for English speakers. It is to the credit of the supplying company that a refund was quickly repaid.”
