“It's fine for our purpose and it looks good but it's not waterproof. This doesn't affect us because we are not storing anything that will spoil from being soaked by rain. The seller is good to deal with and a credit to online retailing ... nice people and great customer service.”

“A reasonable product and well priced had a problem with control handle being wrong sized thread but was sent a replacement within a few days so overall not to much of a problem would probably buy again if I needed another one.”

“Very pretty but quite flimsy. It arrived with dents in it but managed to push them out! I bought this for my patio table and it blew off the day after I had put it there as it is too light! So there were More dents in it which had to be pushed out! Keeps the charge ok and looks pretty when lit up”

“Dissappointed as one of stackable clips on the large box just fell off as soon as i took it out of the box. The clips on the 3 boxes are different from the clips on the rest of my dewalt tool boxes. £200 pound spent and it is no good to me as you cant stack the boxes. Disappointing....”

“I am not a good choice as unfortunately I have not found the stem easy to use - the button one should depress to move the setting doesn't respond so I believe you pull out and in and hope it clicks in place. It's a good pole but not technically effective in my view.”

“The solar lights came in good time and were packed well. Installed them on the day they arrived and left them 24 hrs to charge they came on really bright and looked great. But 4 hours later they were off... No charge left and this seems to be the average time they stay on. VERY disappointed for the mnney I paid for them and would not recommend them or buy a parcel.”

“I was sent the wrong level which was shown in the picture your team was really quick to respond and give me the refund as the level I order was currently out of stock and my refund was sent to me so very good service on resolving my problem but I didn’t get the level I wanted”

“A good product but very poor delivery. They blamed the courier for losing it- however they didn't seem particularly bothered. Didn't receive any updates on the progress of the order, until DHL contacted me on the day of delivery.”

“Parcel was very poorly wrapped arrived split open goods where damaged etc it took three weeks to finally sorted out from point of first order to delivery I understand and there are delays with some companies due to to the pandemic however I've ordered from other companies and have had a turn around within 3 days on the plus side the price of the product was excellent and so that is offset my review I will continue to order from buy a parcel”

“Bit hard to write a review, as the product was damaged. Customer services didn’t want to know, so returned for a full refund. Order came through very quickly and refund paid quickly so no complaints otherwise.”
