“Good and prompt communication”

“I did not order a rectangular cover I ordered a round one so that was disappointing ...I’m still waiting for the correct cover to be delivered and wrong item taken back but as I am still waiting I would like you to collect the wrong cover and issue a refund please ...... I do wish you all well and to stay safe ...I am sure it is a difficult time so I don’t wish to complain but if a refund could be issued and a collection made for the wrong item I would really appreciate it ......thank you ....”

“Main item was fine but there were bits missing out of the box. Communication became difficult as soon as I wanted the problem resolved. I don’t have the missing item.”

“15% off the day before I purchase the item, asked if they had another offer coming up or coii UK I’d do 15% off and got told no, no and no. Fair enough I say, they are stating no delay in deliveries and I couldn’t get item anywhere else as quick. Placed the order, got email saying there was a delay on deliveries. Had to wait several days longer. Item came in bubble wrap In DHL bag with a basic delivery note. Not sure if genuine or not as no proper packaging with serial numbers etc.”
