“Took 3 attempts to send the correct ordered charger but the customer service was excellent in try to sort the problem out.”

“This Item arrived promptly and as described, however I also ordered the associated plunge saw which was was guaranteed to arrive within 3 working days. I received no updates and no item. I sent several emails to to buyaparcel to establish where my item was as required for a planned job but they did not respond. 8 days after purchase I finally received an email to advise the item was no longer in stock. Terrible customer service which cost me 2 days work.”

“Have bought from you before and been spot on with no problems or delays but this one was over a week late and had to contact a couple of times before response I no we are going through difficult times but I have bought a lot of things recently and have had no problems and if there has then it has been sorted within 24 hrs But it was only dispatched on the day it was suppose to arrive and then a massive delay by the courier aswell and the bag had a massive hole in it and looked like it had been mistreated”

“Parcel came on time but the reason for 3stars is Tstak box was badly damaged. I have contacted the customer service and they have been very helpful & said they will send a replacement box when they have them in stock. When it arrives I will review stars.”

“The product was good and reasonable value at the time of purchase, however, when I went back to buy another, the prices kept going up, whereas other sellers were discounting the product. In fact, it seemed the price went up the more times I looked at the offering. Accordingly I can't trust 'Buy a Parcel' will maintain value.”
