Item would’ve been great but buy a parcel choose to use the worst parcel delivery service out there, Hermes. So never received it.

The saw is out of square it won't cut in a straight line, have to fight it all the way through.

Abysmal product, parts don't fit correctly and fails after 6 MONTHS. Contacted manufacturer for replacement and they wanted £60 for a single part, 1 tenth of the entire product! How can they justify that. Ended up supporting the bar by using cable ties. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. POOR QUALITY.

Very poor quality, not what I expect from dewalt .Laser level was wobbling about all over the place and you could not tighten it up.

Very slow to respond and VERY, VERY unhelpful. Also very slow to deliver. The cheap pricing is a result of the substandard service. Very unlikely to use them again.

We've looked into this and can see your email was replied to to within the 24 hour turnaround. We do apologize that we were unable to cancel your online order before it was dispatched, but as advised an email cancellation request is not guarantee that the order will be cancelled. We do work through all emails and messages as quickly as we can each day, but I am afraid the warehouse will of course ship parcels in the mean time.

Charged for Saturday delivery but sent standard delivery so too late and no support from buy parcel offered. Courier name on dispatch email simply said “Saturday delivery” so I had to search online to find which courier was used. By this time their depot had closed and no collection was possible. Poor service once they had my money. Would avoid for anything that you need to know when is arriving. As now my parcel won’t arrive for a week as no one home to receive hence Saturday delivery selected. DHL stated buy a parcel waited for Friday and selected “next day” as it’s cheaper than “Saturday service”

Hi Danny, thanks for your review. Someone made a mistake here and put it on a Standard next day instead of a Saturday - when its a parcel with more than one label there's some manual overriding required and that I assume has what has caused this mistake. Next day is cheaper than a Saturday for sure but we don't wait until Friday as because its cheaper - if you pay for Saturday, we still have to pay for Saturday to get it to you - Next day is next working day. They are right about us holding mid-week orders for Saturday delivery though, but I doubt they will like me explaining but the reason is they seem to reguarly send Satuday consignments as soon as they get it - which they say "It would be to try and help the customer (it is not standard procedure). They actually receive a higher drop rate on a Saturday so it is not in their benefit to do this. If no one was in and they couldn’t deliver, they would return the item to the depot and try again on the Saturday as per the service." What I tried to explain was customers select Saturday because they are planning ahead. Their approach wouldn't be a problem if there wasn't parcels being left with neighbours who the customer then has to organise getting their parcel. Really sorry for the error we will sort you a partial refund including your postage on Monday. Take care Danny, Mike (MD).

goods arrived without the rail for the saw. tried to call to let them know and got a message telling me to call back as all gents were busy. I wont deal with a company that have such disregard for customer service that you cant speak to them couldnt find any info on how to return the item

Was 66.39.. now 13.56 is was advertised on Google search, so why when you get to the website it's 56 quid. Very misleading.

Horrendous customer service, Bought an expensive Dewalt hedge trimmer arrived with cellotaped up box, faulty battery and charger. No phone lines open, hours of emails eventually they offered me a complete swap meaning I would have to take a day off work as weekdays only! Then didnt trust me asking me to send them back units. Still No resolution. I wouldn't trust Buyaparcel.com Do Not Touch them with a barge pole. All Hassle they question the integrity of customers. Dodgy company.

Hi Karl, sorry we couldn't satisfy you on this occasion. If we were to send you replacements without swapping there and then or getting the old ones back first, we have no way of following up if you become too busy or send via a carrier and the parcel gets lost. I am sure you are a good honest chap but there are 67 million of us in the UK - how many would you trust to do the right thing. Amazon will replace before they have the faulty/damaged one back because they reserve the right to charge your credit card if it doesn't come back. Phones will be back on again in the next week or so as we return to normal. We can swap from any UK address so I am sure a friend or family member can do this for you, it doesn't need to be from the same delivery address. Or alternatives are you send back the battery and charger and we send a replacement by return or we sell you another and refund when the others are back. Sorry we couldn't be more flexible but I don't think we are being that unreasonable. Thanks, Mike Parker, Managing Director.

Where to start? Makita UK are advertising Free tool/Batteries with selected purchases. Great, I researched the qualifying products on the Makita website and the hunted for the best prices, I'm sure we all do our research on this. Buyaparcel came in with the best price and having used them for both personal and business purposes before was happy to purchase. Bear in mind that you have to purchase the correct Makita coded product to get free stuff. Buyaparcel advertised the exact coded product, I bought it, paid for it and it duly arrived. I ordered a PT2 coded chainsaw, clearly advertised on Buyaparcel website. What was delivered was a Z coded, bare tool chainsaw and added into the box were 2 batteries and a single charger unit. In effect I almost got a PT2 kit, the genuine PT2 having a twin charger, made up by Buyaparcel. This of course nullifies my claim for free kit from Makita. Goods not supplied as described? False advertising? Apparently not. They claim that "made up" kits are normal practice in the power tool business. In addition, because they don't show a link on their website to the Makita offer that let's them get away with selling goods which are clearly not as described. PT2 KIT is still clearly advertised on the website, with no information to allow customers to see that this is a "Buyaparcel made up kit" and NOT a genuine Makita PT2. Had to organise and pay for return as they couldn't arrange collection and still not been refunded. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

Wrong item delivered then had to wait 3 days for a response due to them not answering phones because of COVID. When they finally responded the correct item was supposed to be sent out for next day delivery as we had originally paid but arrived 2 days later. In-laws were without their shower for a week and they are both in their 80’s with no bath. Appalled at the service.

Bought something by mistake on ebay, my phone got stuck and i only wanted to know what it costs , but when my phone start working again i saw that i bought it and so i cancelled it imediately , within 10 minutes, yesterday evening, and now they say i cant cancel it. Its for about GBP 220 😳😳😳 I refuge it when it arrives so they have to pay a lot more then when they cancelled it or contact the Dhl and stop it. Tried to call but because of Covid they dont pick up the phone

Do not order from here at the moment they have a back log of orders so taking for ever to get orders sent out my boots I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. Still waiting a week later

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. If you are considering buying from these guys, I would recommend finding a more reliable company. You'll be waiting ages for your delivery and you can't even call them to check progress. A complete waste of time.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. AVOID! I purchased a garden table and chairs and was promised 2-3 day delivery.. it’s three weeks later and I’m still waiting for it to arrive! You CANT ring customer services and can only email - I have emailed 5 times now and have had absolutely NO help. They didn’t even ring the manufacturer for me to check on delivery.. said they could “only email” so I have managed the whole process myself with the manufacturer directly. NO tracking details sent to me. Awful service and I will never ever use again.
