“Bought an item which arrived in a different box from the actual item. Was then advised that they often do this if the original box is damaged, however even this box was also all bashed. Very poor as this item was a gift. Returned item and wold not use this website again.”

Hi Clare, sorry we had reboxed this one - at its industrial tools it doesn't often matter but at this time of year we should have B-stocked this rebox and sent only the original boxed ones. You may have not wanted it but we could have swapped the product for better-boxed unit in A1 condition but with the caveat these things are huge, there is no easy way of getting them to you without extra tape on them and without the carrier putting labels etc. on them as they go through the network. Smaller items we box-the-box but on oversized products, best we can do is sometimes but a "skin" layer of board around the item to best protect the box. “Buy a parcel certainly doesn't know how to package a parcel , my 3 items were just chucked into a box no packaging atall arrived dented after bashing into eachother with the contents sprewed out , no respect for customers items , industrial tools come packed with greater care”

If you didn't receive a part of your order, you will need to get in touch as we cannot know there is a problem unless we are informed. I have checked and it seems DHL had an issue with your address and has returned your parcel to us. I will refund you in full now. “Paid for Saturday delivery which didn't come. Wrote an email on Saturday night asking when it will arrive. Got an email back on Tuesday with no apology saying it was delivered on Monday to someone called 'Zara'. Nobody called Zara lives at my address. Rubbish.”

Hi Stuart, your order was from October - I am sorry if it didn't get there on the Saturday as it should. GPS puts the driver in your address vicinity, but if you didn't get your order we would have had you complete a denial of receipt form and resent the order or refunded you. If you didn't get your goods after receiving the information that someone called Zara signed for it, I hope you then came back to us at the time because 2 months after the delivery is too late to claim from DHL.

“The tools eventually arrived in good condition but the delivery service that was contracted by Buy A Parcel (DHL Parcel) Delivered my item 5 days late when I had paid for next-day delivery and there was no means of contacting any form of customer service for DHL Parcel to track down my order. The delay in the tools arriving prevented me from working and cost me a client and 2 months of potential work and my business is still struggling to recover.”

“Ordered an item on Friday evening a realised that it was well overpriced Emailed Buyaparcel the same evening to cancel order but they do not work weekends. Come Monday morning Buyaparcel refused to cancel order even although it had NOT been despatched from supplier. When item arrived Dewalt orbital sander in tstak box it looked like the supplier had hand made the foam infil”

“Abysmal product, parts don't fit correctly and fails after 6 MONTHS. Contacted manufacturer for replacement and they wanted £60 for a single part, 1 tenth of the entire product! How can they justify that. Ended up supporting the bar by using cable ties. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. POOR QUALITY.”
