Absolutely dreadful customer service - agreed a return pick up and no one turned up. They dont bother returning emails and total lack of commincation whatsever

Hi Katarzyna, it seems from tracking your order that DHL had been holding the parcel, unbeknown to us because of an address issue. Looking at it further, we are indeed missing a house name or number. Brought a Bosch work hoover/ dust extractor turned up broken side emailed customer service and direct to buy a parcel never had a reply not good when spending £500+

Parcel went astray, and tracking showed it was delivered to a different address. Buy a parcel and The courier did not bother to reply to my E-Mail, order did arrive in the end

Purchased a dwalt box allegedly for a sander with insert. Box sent was the cut out for the sander in a dwalt box for a drill/driver. Sander couldn’t fit into box - waste of money

I ordered my product with next day delivery. It came in 2 parcels on day 2 and day 3. No contact from but a parcel to advise of the split delivery. Both packages poorly packed and partially open. Would not use this company again.

We are sorry to hear your order arrived later than the delivery service you paid for at checkout. We see your order was dispatched with the carrier on a Next Day Service and we do apologize the carrier did not deliver the order the day after it was collected from our warehouse. A postage refund of £2.99 has been issued back to your PayPal account so you now haven't paid for any delivery on this order, as the carrier failed you and us. Our warehouse tries to pack each order in the least amount of boxes to save on packaging and shipping costs, but there are times when this isn't possible if there are multiply items on the order and if one or more of the products are too large to pick all items in one box. We can see you messaged us on 21st December at 1:33pm and a member of our customer service team replied to you on 23rd December 11:58am to advise the tracking showed your order had been marked as being delivered, and we advised if you don't have the order to let us know but it appears we never received a reply.

This was never received. The courier returned without attempting to deliver and you refunded without contacting me. Leaving me without a Christmas present at very short notice. Luckily Screwfix came to the rescue will go there first next time!!

Hello, we can see that a member of the Buyaparcel Customer Service Team did contact you on 23rd December to advise that without an explanation the carrier returned your order to our warehouse without attempting delivery to your address first. The carrier was unable to give us a reason as to why they did this. We can see that the customer service team did try to call the number on your order but as they got no answer they did send you an email to advise your order was back at our warehouse and a refund was being issued back to you, as we could not guarantee the order would be with you before Christmas if it was resent. We can see you did reply to the email to acknowledge us.

Paid for next day delivery,it came a week later. Looked like a used box, not sealed properly, badly packed lucky the item hadn't fallen out will not use again.

After 3 and half weeks, I still don't have delivery!!! The company pointing on the delivery company and the delivery company un-traceable (Hermes)! After 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls (too busy no answer message come back -) I have an idea to "Buyaparcel", DON'T SALE, IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER!

I do not recommend this company, I bought a drill and so far I have not received the order two months now has passed. HERMES courier DIDN'T DELIVER AND I HAVE NO MESSAGE !!!!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this company because I have been waiting for over a month for the drills I have bought and I have no message .I did not get this product !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service, paid for next day delivery after ringing to confirm stock levels and then placed an order online. Next day item didn't arrive. Rung company and all I got was a recorded message saying we are busy ring back later.....tried for four days following to still no answer. Got fed up and rung the delivery people instead who said they didn't have the parcel and ring the seller again. A couple more days passed and eventually the tracking information became live and the the parcel said it would be with me the next day. The next day I waited in and it didn't turn up. I rung again to DHL and couldn't get through to anyone because it was automated and then hung up. Wrote buy a parcel an email, which no one responded to. Kept checking tracking to find the parcel and eventually someone managed to get it sent to a depot near me and I had to go and collect it instead. Checked the items, two bracket packs were missing, a couple packets were open and missing the required bolts, and on another two brackets the nuts holding locations weren't in the shape of the nut like the others so you can't tighten them to the frame. Sent another email and still no one has got in touch. Ended up having to throw the broken ones away and purchase other bolts to go through the ones that were missing them. Really angry about this experience. This is the worst service I've received from a company and still no one from buy a parcel has even bothered to message or respond to my email. Got so fed up I didn't even bother chasing it up as obviously they aren't interested in after sales care, just been a complete waste of money.

Make order 3 December, Next day delivery, still not received. More than 9 emails were sent to Buyaparcel, written on Facebook, send 3 emails to DHL, write in-app and nothing changes. First time told, the wrong address, after accident and noway to may house after to access to my property, nobody at home. I'm not live in the village, my house has plenty of roads around, every time at home my wife, intercom, Buyaparcel and DHL have my address and phone number, but nobody calls me. I have to look for my package myself. DHL doesn't give any options to change the delivery or any safe place. I thought I would buy it cheap, but as a result, I had to buy goods in a local car shop and waste time on correspondence. When I ask refund don't give any answer. I constantly order different things from the Internet and over the past 5 years, I have never had any problems. I receive parcels from China, Latvia, Poland, but from England I can't.

Really disappointed with purchase which was returned as the legs were not the same as what was in the pictures.The pictures showed quick release legs from the top which they did not have.l had to pay a return postage aswell which was disappointing as this was purely a sellers misrepresentation of a product

Will never purchase from you again. Had an issue with a saw and was just told to go straight to dewalt repair service. And told I had to pay the shipping. Absolute cop out.

Ordered 3 December- Received 21 December🤦🏼‍♂️ Packaging whet/damaged And the products was damaged aswell 0/10 👎🏼 Not even going try and return it. Waisted enough time thanks

I ordered the product on the 29th November. It was passed to the carrier DHL on the 3rd December and I have still NOT received it. I have chased DHL countless times and all they say is “it is out for delivery”. I cannot review the product as I have not got it - DHL have. If I could rate DHL’s service out of 10 I would give it minus 10.
