A nightmare from start to finish! Delivered the wrong item. Came to collect the wrong item & replace it with the correct item, but delivered the same wrong item again! The only saving grace was Drew who kept us up to speed via email & tried to sort the mess out. 10/10 for Drew. Unfortunately, will probably not use again.

Hi Kevin, We are sorry this process was such a nightmare. Sadly our supplier shipped the wrong part twice despite our best efforts to help them get this right. We are glad to hear Drew looked after you and got the issue resolved for you. We are sad to hear you may not use buyaparcel again. Absolute rubbish!!! Yes I paid for a new Triton shower, but it was apparently delivered to the wrong address. So far NO-ONE from buy a parcel or DHL have been anywhere near my house to give me this shower, which cost me £200.00, or to give any explanation as to what is going on. I have signed a form to this effect, but absolutely no response

The whole idea behind the hog rings is that you load a strip of rings onto the pliers (similar fashion to a strip of nailgun nails) and it speeds up the whole process. Unfortunately the strips were all in 2s 3s or 4s but no strips any bigger, which defeats the purpose and reason behind my purchase. This makes me think that they were seconds or something. Don't buy!

They didn’t have in stock what they sold me even though it said in stock which then took about 2 weeks to come. Once it came it wasn’t DT7943 like I’d ordered, it was the set in the big flat case (that doesn’t fit in my draws which is the reason why I wanted the exact same one as I had before). By the time I’d already spoken to them through email about them not having any in stock and I’d have to wait another week I couldn’t be bothered getting in touch with them again to send them back. VERY disappointing service, when they didn’t even get in touch with me to say we can’t get the one you ordered but we’ve got this option instead, no , they just sent the one I didn’t order….

I made a purchase in good faith for a Makita item. The Makita part number was taken from Makita's own website. The item received, was not correct, and not as per the Makita Part Number. I notified Buyaparcel several times over a period of Seven days, before a response was received from them. At my first point of contact, I sent photographs demonstrating my concerns and the differences. I was eventually instructed to repack the item and return it via Buyaparcel's courier DHL. This involved a journey of Four Miles each way, to and from their delegated collection point, irrespective of the unwelcomed time,costs and effort, involved in doing so! I have been offered no compensation or goodwill for their error or the unwelcome inconvenience I endured. Had the item sent, have been correctly described, I would not have made the purchase. The onus has been on me, as their customer, to correct their error and seek resolve, as well as being exposed to such costs and inconvenience. I have subsequently made a purchase of the item from another supplier, at a more favourable cost, which arrived the next day. I am disappointed with my 'Buyaparcel' customer experience.

Hi James, Sorry to hear your experience with buyaparcel wasn't good. It is never good when a customer receives a different product to the one they expected. We can see once we picked up your message we offered a return for refund with postage paid or a partial refund. As is the best we can do given the issues. Has never arrived, received the same tracking link from both DHL and Hermes and neither is valid. No other communication received to confirm despatch.

Although the product isn't advertised as having the USB feature, as we have no fuss return policy, when you contacted us on the 16th February we offered a return for refund in our first reply. I won't get anything from these again. I used eBay to get drills and 5ah battery's to receive 4ah instead. Wrote to them and never replied back. Totally waste off time.

Hi Katarzyna, it seems from tracking your order that DHL had been holding the parcel, unbeknown to us because of an address issue. Looking at it further, we are indeed missing a house name or number. Parcel went astray, and tracking showed it was delivered to a different address. Buy a parcel and The courier did not bother to reply to my E-Mail, order did arrive in the end

Purchased a dwalt box allegedly for a sander with insert. Box sent was the cut out for the sander in a dwalt box for a drill/driver. Sander couldn’t fit into box - waste of money

I ordered my product with next day delivery. It came in 2 parcels on day 2 and day 3. No contact from but a parcel to advise of the split delivery. Both packages poorly packed and partially open. Would not use this company again.

We are sorry to hear your order arrived later than the delivery service you paid for at checkout. We see your order was dispatched with the carrier on a Next Day Service and we do apologize the carrier did not deliver the order the day after it was collected from our warehouse. A postage refund of £2.99 has been issued back to your PayPal account so you now haven't paid for any delivery on this order, as the carrier failed you and us. Our warehouse tries to pack each order in the least amount of boxes to save on packaging and shipping costs, but there are times when this isn't possible if there are multiply items on the order and if one or more of the products are too large to pick all items in one box. We can see you messaged us on 21st December at 1:33pm and a member of our customer service team replied to you on 23rd December 11:58am to advise the tracking showed your order had been marked as being delivered, and we advised if you don't have the order to let us know but it appears we never received a reply.

This was never received. The courier returned without attempting to deliver and you refunded without contacting me. Leaving me without a Christmas present at very short notice. Luckily Screwfix came to the rescue will go there first next time!!

Hello, we can see that a member of the Buyaparcel Customer Service Team did contact you on 23rd December to advise that without an explanation the carrier returned your order to our warehouse without attempting delivery to your address first. The carrier was unable to give us a reason as to why they did this. We can see that the customer service team did try to call the number on your order but as they got no answer they did send you an email to advise your order was back at our warehouse and a refund was being issued back to you, as we could not guarantee the order would be with you before Christmas if it was resent. We can see you did reply to the email to acknowledge us.
