Paid for next day delivery,it came a week later. Looked like a used box, not sealed properly, badly packed lucky the item hadn't fallen out will not use again.

Hello Damian We are sorry to hear you have an issue with the water softener you purchased in May 2021, we have done a full search in our mailbox under your details but can't find any emails from yourself as we would have replied to your message, and our phone lines are open between 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon to Fri and 8:00am to 12noon on a Saturday. After 3 and half weeks, I still don't have delivery!!! The company pointing on the delivery company and the delivery company un-traceable (Hermes)! After 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls (too busy no answer message come back -) I have an idea to "Buyaparcel", DON'T SALE, IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER!

I do not recommend this company, I bought a drill and so far I have not received the order two months now has passed. HERMES courier DIDN'T DELIVER AND I HAVE NO MESSAGE !!!!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this company because I have been waiting for over a month for the drills I have bought and I have no message .I did not get this product !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service, paid for next day delivery after ringing to confirm stock levels and then placed an order online. Next day item didn't arrive. Rung company and all I got was a recorded message saying we are busy ring back later.....tried for four days following to still no answer. Got fed up and rung the delivery people instead who said they didn't have the parcel and ring the seller again. A couple more days passed and eventually the tracking information became live and the the parcel said it would be with me the next day. The next day I waited in and it didn't turn up. I rung again to DHL and couldn't get through to anyone because it was automated and then hung up. Wrote buy a parcel an email, which no one responded to. Kept checking tracking to find the parcel and eventually someone managed to get it sent to a depot near me and I had to go and collect it instead. Checked the items, two bracket packs were missing, a couple packets were open and missing the required bolts, and on another two brackets the nuts holding locations weren't in the shape of the nut like the others so you can't tighten them to the frame. Sent another email and still no one has got in touch. Ended up having to throw the broken ones away and purchase other bolts to go through the ones that were missing them. Really angry about this experience. This is the worst service I've received from a company and still no one from buy a parcel has even bothered to message or respond to my email. Got so fed up I didn't even bother chasing it up as obviously they aren't interested in after sales care, just been a complete waste of money.

Make order 3 December, Next day delivery, still not received. More than 9 emails were sent to Buyaparcel, written on Facebook, send 3 emails to DHL, write in-app and nothing changes. First time told, the wrong address, after accident and noway to may house after to access to my property, nobody at home. I'm not live in the village, my house has plenty of roads around, every time at home my wife, intercom, Buyaparcel and DHL have my address and phone number, but nobody calls me. I have to look for my package myself. DHL doesn't give any options to change the delivery or any safe place. I thought I would buy it cheap, but as a result, I had to buy goods in a local car shop and waste time on correspondence. When I ask refund don't give any answer. I constantly order different things from the Internet and over the past 5 years, I have never had any problems. I receive parcels from China, Latvia, Poland, but from England I can't.

Really disappointed with purchase which was returned as the legs were not the same as what was in the pictures.The pictures showed quick release legs from the top which they did not have.l had to pay a return postage aswell which was disappointing as this was purely a sellers misrepresentation of a product

Will never purchase from you again. Had an issue with a saw and was just told to go straight to dewalt repair service. And told I had to pay the shipping. Absolute cop out.

Ordered 3 December- Received 21 December🤦🏼‍♂️ Packaging whet/damaged And the products was damaged aswell 0/10 👎🏼 Not even going try and return it. Waisted enough time thanks

I ordered the product on the 29th November. It was passed to the carrier DHL on the 3rd December and I have still NOT received it. I have chased DHL countless times and all they say is “it is out for delivery”. I cannot review the product as I have not got it - DHL have. If I could rate DHL’s service out of 10 I would give it minus 10.

Product came with a manufacturing fault and had to be returned. The earliest possible switch would have taken a couple of days by which point my plumber would have left so had to return for a refund instead. Additionally i paid for saturday delivery and it arrived the following Tuesday. They didn't offer to refund the delivery charge.

Orderd on a Friday evening 48 hour post allowing for weekend should have arrived following Wednesday but arrived on friday needed it on Thursday had to buy a set on Thursday evening

Hi Jordan, we only got an email from you at 22:20 last night, we wouldn't have known your parcel hadn't been delivered yet - we send thousands of parcels a week and cant check tracking on them all. Item was ordered on the 27th November it's the 15th December still no item or refund. Had to make a Claims dispute with my bank to get my money back. Go to a Name brand merchant and pay a little extra and get that peace of mind.

Hi, I have looked into this, we had shipped on the 3rd December but some days later DHL had marked this as to come back to us, we presumed because it wasn't required but on deeper investigation, they look like they had an issue with the address but I cannot see any issue from here. The parcel didn't get back to us until the 13th so we would be processing a refund anyway, but I will make this happen now. Sorry about this, if you had reached out to us directly we could have realised what was going on sooner. We are a large merchant in our industry and you can buy with confidence, it's just sometimes communication between the merchant, customer and carrier can cause some issues as unfortunately, it did on this occasion. No communication emails advising of order updates. Had to contact customer service twice as first time they I didn’t get a reply to my query asking when the order is going to be dispatched so had to send another. No reply. So in the end I had to phone them. Finally dispatched from them 7 days later. Sadly their customer service is non existent therefore I won’t be using this company again.

Hi Dawn, no excuses from me, the busiest time of the year, tons of orders and we couldn't get them all out quick enough. If customers were selecting the next day service we were doing those as a priority and everything else was best endeavours. The only updates you would have got was order confirmation and despatch notification but as there was no despatch, there was no update. Very sorry we were too slow, your order surprised me as you were certainly on the extreme of the delays we had - most people on standard delivery were getting their orders despatched 3-4 working days after order. We are caught up now and ready for Santa. Thanks, Mike

Bought an item which arrived in a different box from the actual item. Was then advised that they often do this if the original box is damaged, however even this box was also all bashed. Very poor as this item was a gift. Returned item and wold not use this website again.

Hi Clare, sorry we had reboxed this one - at its industrial tools it doesn't often matter but at this time of year we should have B-stocked this rebox and sent only the original boxed ones. You may have not wanted it but we could have swapped the product for better-boxed unit in A1 condition but with the caveat these things are huge, there is no easy way of getting them to you without extra tape on them and without the carrier putting labels etc. on them as they go through the network. Smaller items we box-the-box but on oversized products, best we can do is sometimes but a "skin" layer of board around the item to best protect the box. Buy a parcel certainly doesn't know how to package a parcel , my 3 items were just chucked into a box no packaging atall arrived dented after bashing into eachother with the contents sprewed out , no respect for customers items , industrial tools come packed with greater care
