Ordered and paid for goods as they were listed as being in stock and told that they had been shipped. Ten days after paying for then I was then told that actually they weren't in stock after all and hadn't been despatched but were now on re-order. It's now three weeks since I paid for something that still hasn't arrived. Wouldn't recommend or use again.

Bottle was damaged almost empty, delivery man said would return it, still waiting for a replacement payment as gone out .

Hi sorry to hear the bottle was damaged. I can't see that you informed us of the problem - the likelihood of the product coming back to us quickly if at all is slim I would say so we wouldn't be aware you had an issue. I have found your order and will send another bottle today. Thanks, Mike

Ok until I tried to return.Deligated shop refused to accept parcel as no label,.Still stuck with parcel .You state no label required. Even showed shopkeeper your email and barcode. Not impressed.

Ordered a Makita blower package deal with Batteries etc... Parcel arrived minus the long garden blower extension. E mailed customer service and was told that they would send out the extension part immediately and it’ll be with me in a few days, 10 days have now passed and no sign of missing part....

Hi Richard, as per my email I just sent, at first I thought we likely sent it but its got lost/held up but actually I think we didn't process this the CS team are remote working so not as slick as when they used to walk down to the warehouse and solve themselves. I will get one sent on an overnight carrier so you will have on Saturday. Thanks, Mike

Hi Richard, just discovered the replacement was sent but it was returned by the carrier likely becuase it was a manually created order and wasn't put though correctly. I have hand-held this to conclusion and as promised with go via DHL for delivery tomorrow. Thank you, Mike

Arrived crack/damaged lids on box. Take a while to repond. Only refund £10. Only brought this cos of the box storage otherwise i would had brought screws locally.

We can see you contacted us but as you threw the case away and used the screws before contacting us we could not offer to send you a replacement as you did not have the original case and screws for us to collect. That is why we could only offer you a partial refund of £10, if you had contacted us first we could have offered you other options.

Awful service and worse tools, DO NOT BUY from these thieves, 1st I was sent a £110 drill that didn't work! , I thought I was buying a genuine Makita buy it nevy worked except for the light, they asked me to return it but it "disappeared" in the post . So many negative feedback on eBay, I don't kno why trading standards have not take any action : DO NOT BUY, keep your money , doy trust these thieves !!!!!

Hi sorry to hear you had a problem with a Makita drill. Rest assured we are a Makita dealer and have all our invoices to support that. Had you had not sent it back with Royal Mail (the tracking of which you sent us did not work), we would have been able to swap this out via our courier as we explained when we gave you your RMA number. Had our courier have lost the parcel it would have been our responsibility. I am sorry we cannot do any more until it turns up. Thank you, Mike

Despicable again. Had a bad experience in August 2019 where they cancelled the order without any notice thus leaving up the proverbial creek. 17 months later and with a little trepidation I placed another order and low and behold just as bad. Zero customer service, a tracking number which doesn't exist and no reply to my emails. Will NEVER use this company again and would definitely NOT recommend to anyone. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE.

First time of purchasing from Buyaparcel and likely to be the last. Item was ordered with optional next day delivery selected and paid for as it was needed urgently. It arrived on time so fine on that. However, a different product was supplied to that ordered! The delivery note even showed the item ordered in the top line and then a different product as the item sent! No prior warning that the item had apparently, I was subsequently told, been dropped and replaced with a different one. I tried to call as soon as the problem was discovered only to get a message saying that due to covid all enquiries must be by email as no phone service being provided. I emailed straight away and then waited for a reply..... which took three days! My message to buyaparcel is if you can't offer the level of service you are purporting to offer, and critically with a way of contacting you when you make an error that doesn't then take forever to get anywhere, reduce your service offereing and just be honest with your customers.

We can see you emailed our customer service team on 6th January at 4:06pm and that our customer service team replied to you on 8th January at 2:08pm which is within our 24-48 hour time-frame for answering messages (messages are answered between 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri) as we have to answer them in date and time order, but as you emailed us again on 7th January before we had replied to you it pushed your email to the bottom of the list. We looked into this and did apologize that the kit had been changed but not updated on the listing you ordered from, and we did apologize you were not messaged to advise of the kit change before the order was shipped to you. We can see that you were offered a free collection which was booked as per your request.

I opened it and straight away hung it in the garden. I hadn't noticed it was broken and I'm really disappointed, so it's hanging there with a broken solar. Yes I could have returned it but I haven't been able to get out.

Hi thanks for the feedback, however if you had gotten in touch, we could have arranged a swap out for another one or collection for full refund. I have looked at the cost of the product and in this instance we will refund you in full without the product coming back to us. In the future, if you get in touch we can help resolve your issue with our dedicated team in customer services. There is no need to leave the house for returns as they can be done from your home or a shop as per customer's requirements and as mentioned previously, we can even do a swap out of a damaged/faulty item if reported in good time. BUY ELSEWHERE - Order placed on Geberit frame stated at 2 to 3 day delivery. Initially sent a bogus dispatch confirmation with no courier details. Eventually arrived today, 17 days after prchase. Buyaparcel telephone connects to answerphone, email takes days to respond without any info or answers to questions. I could have purchased this product on next day delivery elsewhere and regret placing order.

My tool boxes I ordered arrived damaged, and 2 boxes arrived with inserts for tools. I’m assuming the kits a bought, then the tools are sold on without the kit box, then the box is sold separately with Tstak job lots. Emailed to complain, no one had got back to me. Poor customer service. First and last time I use them.

Not a good experience I'm afraid. The item I ordered was shipped out,but lost in transit. A replacement was then due to be shipped out the but the item was missing from their shelves due to an incorrect stock count. Won't bother ordering from them again.
