The replacement filter did not fit even though I made sure the model number I purchase is an exact match of the filter system i had earlier purchased from Buyaparcel. I have sent Buyaparcel several emails and they are not responding to my mails.

Waste of time. Bright a tap and this was the state of it. They palmed me off to the manufacturer’s that wanted to send out someone to fix it. £159 tap sent broken and they want to fix it.

Hi, we can see that collection details were emailed to you on 17th November so we can arrange one free collection to pick up the Grohe tap and have it returned to us so a full refund can be issued back to you, and this tap can be sent back to the manufacturer Grohe to inspect. Once we receive the collection information from yourself, this will be booked with the carrier as agreed.

Product is good , But payed for Saturday delivery and it came on Tuesday, go figure. Contacted Buyaparcel to get a postage refund but no one bothered to get back to me. Won’t use them again and will slate them every chance I get.

Hi Mark very sorry to hear the order landed on a Tuesday instead of the Saturday. Can't tell if DHL messed up or we put the wrong service on it. In any case I will refund your postage in full now. I am not sure how you contacted us but I cannot see any email from you in our mailbox. Thanks, Mike

Advert said 5 year guarantee. After receiving product guarantee had changed to 5 year on parts and 1 year on labor.

I ordered DeWalt impact driver (DCF887)on Thursday 22nd October 2020 before 3pm. According to the website, if I order before 3pm I will be able get it by next day but unfortunately I got the delivery on Monday 26 October that was very disappointing and caused delays in my work on the weekend. Secondly battery inside the box is not same as mentioned on the case. Very Disappointing and will not use this website again. Thanks

I have looked into the order you placed directly on our website, and can see you did not select the Next Day delivery option from the list shown on the checkout page and pay the £2.99 postage, so because of this your order was shipped on the free standard delivery service which is between 2-3 working days for delivery. Orders are only shipped on the Next Weekday Delivery Service if you select that option at checkout by clicking in the circle next the delivery service you want.

Hi, as per the message we replied to on 9th September via eBay "This listing has a drop down menu which allows you to select the item you would like. None of those options say axe AND sharpener"

Our phone lines are currently closed as some of staff is working from different locations due to this Covid pandemic, and a message does state this when you call our number.

Hi, We can see you contacted our customer support team on 7th September and we replied on 9th September to advise we can either arrange to collect your order so a full refund can be issued back to you as we had sold out of this kit, or you could contact DeWalt under their warranty so DeWalt can collect the tool from you to test and then repair/replace under their warranty and send back to you. We can see you went for the option to deal direct with DeWalt, if you have not received the repaired/replaced tool back you can contact DeWalt and they will update you on what is happening with your tool.

Paid for next day delivery item never arrived, chased order and recieced 3 weeks later and was charged postage again. Emailed buyaparcel to query this and had no reply. Would not recommend or use again.

We have looked into this for you and we have no second postage payment from you. The original £2.99 postage you paid at checkout was refunded back to your PayPal account on 15th September 2020 at 11:22am. We have searched our mailbox and have been unable to locate you email regarding this issue, please can you forward your email to websales@buyaparcel.com so we can look into this some more for you. Parcel was badly wrapped with no padding and arrived damaged and not in its original packaging, communication was non existant . Will never buy from this company knowingly ever again.

We can see you contacted through the eBay message system to report the issue and you kindly supplied us with a photo showing the damage to your order / delivery. We can see that we accepted your eBay return request and that a full refund was issued back to your PayPal account.

We can see you sent us a message on Friday 4th September at 9:12pm, and our customer service team replied on Monday 7th September at 12:09pm, asking if you could send us a photo showing the issue you had reported. But it appears you never replied to our message with the requested information so we could help resolve the issue.
