I am still waiting. I Have order The item 26.6. The other goods I have order from other sellers in UK on the same day, I have receive 7 days ago. Very poor service. The last day prevailed in order was 22.7. So it is "on time" but it is too long for money I have paid for shipment.

We can see your order was shipped with DHL International on 30th June 2020, so it could be delivered to your address in Croatia within 5-7 working days. Parcels delivered before delivery slots so no one is available to take them. Delivery drivers leave parcels fully visible, out side property’s on main roads which leads them to be stolen. Customer service is very slow. Waiting for refunds very slow. Waiting for email response very slow.

We're sorry the carrier company turned up to deliver your order before the time-slot they allocated, the driver should not have done. We are very sorry that the carrier driver then decided to leave the parcel outside the property because no one was home, this does go against the carrier contact we hold. I can see that our customer service team had been in communication with you and the full refund for this order was processed and issued back to you on 1st July 2020.

Your order was shipped with a carrier on 25th June 2020, but it appears got lost while in transit to. I can see our customer service team have been in communication with you and your order was shipped again on 17th July 2020 with Hermes, and delivered on 21st July 2020 at 1:03pm.

I was disappointed when my shower head arrived with no screws or a cover plate for them which is clearly shown on the image after contacting your selves I was told they don’t come with them I was not happy with the response as I think I was basically fobbed off so I am unable to give a decent review.

I'm sorry to hear this, unfortunately the photos used on the adverts are stock issues supplied to us by the manufacture and some times they change the design of an item very slightly but don't update the stock images to reflect this. You are very welcome to contact us so we can arrange to collect your order and issue you with a full refund if you don't want to keep it.

Item was never sent out. Received a full refund after chasing the company and proving that Hermes tracking showed they had not received the parcel. I had to fill out a declaration form to state that i had not received anything. Very poor wouldn't buy from them again.

I'm sorry that you didn't receive the order that our warehouse dispatched with the carrier on 23rd June 2020. I can see that the customer service team resolved this with you the same day you raised the issue, and we can see you asked for a refund instead of the order being shipped again.

Your order was shipped with DHL Parcel UK on 24th June 2020 to the address you supplied on the order at checkout. I have looked into this and it appears DHL were having issues locating the address you supplied. I can see that because DHL could not complete the delivery to you, your order was shipped back to us and a full refund was issued back to you on 14th July via the same way you paid.

This jigsaw is falsely advertised because it says it comes with cutting fence but when it arrives there’s no such thing in box n when you ask they say it doesn’t come with 1 😡

I can see that the customer service team checked the listing after you raised the issue and advised we do not advertise that a cutting fence would be included with the Makita Jigsaw advertised. I can see that we arranged for the missing Jigsaw blades that were advertised on the listing to be shipped out to you, as this was a manufacturing error when the machine was boxed up.

We can see that soon as we were made aware of the issue our team got in contact with the carrier, as the carrier collected your parcel from us on 22nd June 2020 and should have delivered this to you within 1-2 working days maximum. After investigating this with the carrier it was discovered the parcel had been lost in transit. I can see we offer to either ship the order again or issue a refund, and as per your request a refund was processed and completed on 6th July once we heard back from you.

Product was fine. It was just three and a half weeks later than the expected delivery date and I had to chase up with emails to find out what was going on or I’d of heard nothing about it not even being in Stock five days after I was meant to of had it

We are very sorry to hear this happened, as you should have been messaged once it was discovered there was a stock issue with the item(s) you ordered, so we do apologise that you had to contact us for an update as this is not our normal level of service. I can see your order was shipped on Friday 3rd July and delivered by DHL on Monday 6th July at 10:01am.

I am sorry to hear this, this product is shipped direct to customers from the manufacture when we receive an order, but due to the lock-down caused by Covid-19 it was taking slightly longer then normal for the manufacture to dispatch each order for delivery, as this was not their normal level service that we and our customers receive.

We are sorry to hear this, our warehouse has been extremely busy due to the lock-down caused by Covid-19 and was shipping each order as quickly as possible. I can see you placed the order on Tuesday 16th June at 5:35pm and it was shipped by the warehouse on Monday 22nd June at 6:35am, 4 working days after it was placed. Before and after lock-down our normal dispatch time is within 1-2 working days depending on when the order is placed.

I'm sorry to hear this, because the image supplied to us from the manufacture is just a stock image. We do state in the description on the listing that is supplied if ordered - "1 carp light included" - to try and make it clear as possible before you decide to place an order.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've looked into this and can see you messaged us on 1st July to report you hadn't received your order and we replied on 3rd July to advised we have raised the issue with the carrier to see here your order is. As the carrier couldn't locate the parcel as per your request we arranged for your order to be shipped again on 10th July and can see this was delivered to you on Saturday 11th July at 9:07am.

We can see your order was dispatched with DHL International on 16th June 2020. DHL advise this was delivered on 24th June 2020. International deliveries during this time were taking linger then normal because of local and national lock-downs caused by Covid-19. If you still haven't received your delivery, then please email our customer service team websales@buyaparcel.com .

Bad description of items and no intention of resolving any issues, I believe there policy is that the customer is never right! Will never purchase from this company again

You sent us a message on 10th June and a member of the customer service team replied to you by 12th June. As already advised it does clearly state on the advert that both 10.8 and 12v batteries & chargers work with this tool. We do clearly state it in the description on the advert (see below):- "All 10.8v CXT and 12v MAX CXT batteries, chargers and tools are compatible with both 10.8v CXT and 12v MAX CXT branded tools and accessories. Makita have re-branded all 10.8v tools to 12v Max." We did also advise if that if you won't happy with your purchase, we would accept it back for a full refund.

We can see your order was shipped on 15th June 2020 with Hermes, and should have been delivered to you by now. We can see that you sent us a email on Friday 12th June which are customer service team replied to on Tuesday 16th June. And details were sent to you to pick a date so a collection could be booked to pick up your order. I can see you replied to our message on the same day (16th June).
