“Buying was easy delivery good as was price But trying to register the part to obtain the advertised 5 year warranty is a battle and is still ongoing Not sure who is the problem but the manufactures do not recognise buy a parcel So please beware if you do want a warranty Have since had a reply from buy a parcel the ticket has been closed Someone nerds to rectify this not send me emails to call Again”

“Not happy at all I had to return my item and pay for the postage to return it, nothing but problems, even when they received the parcel back it took weeks for them to refund my money back to me. The item I bought was misleading. I wouldn't recommend them, no offer to pay back the postage, customer service was smug and very un helpful.”

Sorry you felt this was misleading, the model of the tool is advised as clearly as possible on the listing and the model you were trying to purchase isn't mentioned in the listing you purchased. When you contacted us, our team immediately assisted by raising a return for you. Sadly, due to your location you were unable to take advantage of the free postage options we provide as a kindness in these situations. Once your order was returned it was processed as usual, and for a full refund. Unfortunately if a returning shipment is slow coming back to us, this would delay a refund. “I bought a bag for my tools. Got an email to say it had been shipped and was on a guaranteed two day delivery. A week later I had no delivery. I emailed and had no reply. After a second week I emailed again. Had a reply this time. no one knew where my bag was, was told I would get a new one sent to me. A few minutes later I had another email saying they were out of stock so I would get a refund. Refund was received quickly.”
