“Fantastic customer service as it should be. Couldn't fault them. Had to return a product. DHL WERE APPALLING AND DIDN'T KEEP ME OR BUY A PARCEL UPDATED. ABSOLUTELY ATTROCIOUS SERVICE IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT FROM DHL.”

We have looked into this issue, although shipped on time by ourselves, it seems it took twice as long as expected for the carrier to reach you with your parcel. There is no advise why this delay occured from the carrier, however, we log any and all issues with deliveries like this, to ensure they are reviewed with carriers when we review our contracts with them.
