“Purchased a hose lock garden hose reel plus accessories but the parcel came without the accessories I made contact with buy a parcel who were quiet initially but then sprang into action The missing components were with me in a couple of days together with apologies from the company. I love the hose lock product as I have used them for years and I can thoroughly recommend BAP as there customer service is second to none judging from my experience . All too often on line firms are after your money and then don’t want to know Definitely not the case with BAP Big thumbs up from this corner of Warwickshire!!”

“Buy the Makita battery trimmer has been one of my best purchases as a carpenter/joiner, I have made an assortment of custom plates to fit on to the bases and they work perfect. The base is rock solid and a great buy would highly recommend.”
