“Purchased a power tool battery which failed after 1 use , contacted Buy a Parcel and the first response was very swift , however once it was established that the battery was faulty it was very difficult to get a reply to my emails asking for their returns procedure , once I'd got that information I returned the battery and was told a refund would be issued within 10 days , almost 2 weeks later with no refund and several unanswered emails I managed to get through to customer services and was told by an incredible coincidence that my refund was processing that very same day I did eventually get my refund but it was a lot more difficult and long winded than needed , in short I won't be buying from this company again.”

“Purchased a shower head and arm from Buy A Parcel in May. I did not like the plastic arm, so returned the items to Buy A Parcel and then purchased only the shower head. Excellent communication with the support team and no problems with returning the item. The only issue was not being informed at first that I should use DHL for returns and obtain a label through the DHL return system.”
