“Customer services through a difficult period were superb. I would, however, suggest you change your courier. DHL were absolutely shocking. Waited two months for both items to be delivered putting me at additional cost and time inconvenience. I will definitely use you again, provided you use a different courier.”

We have looked into your order and it seems sadly there was an error in the address submitted with your order, resulting in the carrier delivering differently than you expected. We have attempted to have the carrier retrieve the parcel from the address it was delivered to. Sadly they haven't yet been successful, despite many attempts. Due to the error in the address submitted with the order, we cannot take responsibility for the location delivered, however, ourselves and the carrier have made sincere efforts to resolve this issue for you.
