How did you do? I have bought a Bosch Jigsaw with a multibuy discount but received a Circular Saw instead, requested a swap but received a refund instead, so I had to purchase the saw with no discount after having to repack and send the wrong item back, on top of the delay caused of having to wait for the new order to be processed and delivered. not a fantastic experience was it? errors happen indeed and I accept that but as a returning customer I would have expected better service, at least to be offered the item to be replaced with a 24hr courier after the wrong item was returned.
