The service from Buy a Parcel was efficient and as expected and we have no issues with that, but we were very disappointed with the product purchased.
We bought a Gardman Heavy Duty 2 seater bench cover which was delivered on 13 June. This product was not as described as it was not heavy duty and has since leaked so is not fit for purpose. We have since discovered that Gardman went into administration in 2018 and therefore this product should not have been sold. The 5yr warranty is worthless. We look forward to receiving a refund.
