Hi I have tried to find your order on our system through the amounts and your surname but I cannot see your order. By the price, it is likely the Stanley STA543648 you purchased and all items on our website are free delivery. Exceptions are if you pay for next day delivery, or live in the highlands, Islands or Ireland or overseas in general. £10.94 is an odd amount so I don't understand how this happened. If you send your details to websales@buyaparcel.com we can investigate. We can't of course take more money from your paypal account than you checked out on so we are not scammers as you put it but would be happy to resolve this for you if you reach out to us with order number/address etc. Thanks, Mike

“This company charged €16.20 to send a 10 pack of orbital sanding disks but that wasn't the only reason for such low star rating, 30 seconds after seeing the shipping charge (which on ebay was free post but on paypal the charge showed) I tried to cancel the order but they refused to do so. I will never purchase from this company again.”

“Bought a Gainsbourgh shower engine from Buy a Parcel and installed it to find it was leaking from the main body. Exact same thing happened 18 months ago and had to have engineer from Gainsborough examine and replace it. You'd think I should have known better. This time I insisted on a full refund and paid the extra few pounds for full shower direct from manufacturer. I wont make this mistake a 3rd time.”

“I ordered wrong size by mistake and tried to amended the order before they were posted and was flat refused. Would not even let me cancel and reorder yet had not been posted. Poor customer relationships. Would I use again err NO. Would I recommend err NO.”

We apologise that the carrier who collected your parcel from us appears to have lost it while it was in transit to yourself. I can see that our customer service team has sorted this and your order has been packed and shipped again for delivery to you on Thursday 27th August.

“I purchased a reciprocating DeWalt saw specifically from Buyaparcel as it came with carry case. The carry case supplied is not designed for the saw, is not appropriate and not as expected. I was told the saw fits in the case if the liner is removed (!) and that the carry case could not be returned without the saw. As I had already used the saw, I now not only have a £25 case that I cannot use but I also had to buy a case elsewhere. I feel cheated and will not be buying from Buyaparcel again.”

Hi, When you contacted us we passed your messages to our DeWalt buyer who deals with all the DeWalt stock we sell, and he confirmed that this case can fit the saw, battery and charger and a photo was sent to you showing how the machine, 2 batteries and charger go in the case so it will fit. What you received is how it is sent into our warehouse. If this is not satisfactory and you wish to return the order for a refund, please let me know by emailing websales@buyaparcel.com so a collection can be booked.

As we are a UK Company all corded products come with a 240v 3 Pin Plug attached as standard. We do state this on International listings and advise that to use the product outside the UK an adapter would have to be used.

“Bought a Kingfisher Large Garden Storage Tool Cabinet Garage Shed. Awful quality. The back is a laminated cardboard. Its not weatherproof. Cost £81 but wasn't worth the money. Came in a flimsy cardboard box which was wet and fell to pieces. Happy with the order process and delivery.”
