Price was amazing and payed extra for next day delivery but had to keep emailing to find out we’re my parcel was which had the same response it’s on it’s way, turns out it wasn’t and received it 4 days after it was supposed be. Shocking

I ordered wrong size by mistake and tried to amended the order before they were posted and was flat refused. Would not even let me cancel and reorder yet had not been posted. Poor customer relationships. Would I use again err NO. Would I recommend err NO.

The reason I’m dissatisfied is because you promise delivery dates and they never arrived I’ve contacted you numerous times and I still do not have the goods

Hi, we are sorry to hear there was a issue with your order. I can see that our customer service team has been in communication with you since 29th July 2020 regarding this order. We apologise that the carrier who collected your parcel from us appears to have lost it while it was in transit to yourself. I can see that our customer service team has sorted this and your order has been packed and shipped again for delivery to you on Thursday 27th August.

Hi, I am sorry to hear you have a issue with your order. Your order was shipped was DHL International and the tracking reports this as being delivered to you on 31st July 2020 at 11:04am. I purchased a reciprocating DeWalt saw specifically from Buyaparcel as it came with carry case. The carry case supplied is not designed for the saw, is not appropriate and not as expected. I was told the saw fits in the case if the liner is removed (!) and that the carry case could not be returned without the saw. As I had already used the saw, I now not only have a £25 case that I cannot use but I also had to buy a case elsewhere. I feel cheated and will not be buying from Buyaparcel again.

Hi, When you contacted us we passed your messages to our DeWalt buyer who deals with all the DeWalt stock we sell, and he confirmed that this case can fit the saw, battery and charger and a photo was sent to you showing how the machine, 2 batteries and charger go in the case so it will fit. What you received is how it is sent into our warehouse. If this is not satisfactory and you wish to return the order for a refund, please let me know by emailing websales@buyaparcel.com so a collection can be booked.

As we are a UK Company all corded products come with a 240v 3 Pin Plug attached as standard. We do state this on International listings and advise that to use the product outside the UK an adapter would have to be used.

Bought a Kingfisher Large Garden Storage Tool Cabinet Garage Shed. Awful quality. The back is a laminated cardboard. Its not weatherproof. Cost £81 but wasn't worth the money. Came in a flimsy cardboard box which was wet and fell to pieces. Happy with the order process and delivery.

We are sorry to hear there was a picking or packing error with your order. Our warehouse does check that what they have in front of them matches what is on the order, but sometimes due to human error a mistake happens. We can see your order was collected and full refund issued back to you on 4th August 2020 via your eBay return case.

We can see you contacted us on 30th July to report an issue with your order, and our customer service team did reply the same day to apologise about this packing error. We can see the missing items were shipped out by our warehouse within 24 hours of the issue being raised with us.

We are sorry to hear this picking/packing error happened with your order. I can see you contacted us and we advised that the carrier does not offer us a collection service from International addresses. However, we did agree with yourself to cover the cost of the return postage up to £15, once a postage receipt has been provided as we would never expect you to cover the cost when it our error.

Hi, I can see we replied to your eBay message on 23rd July to apologise that there was a stock delay with your order originally, but that it had been shipped by the time we replied to your message. I can see that you advised you received the order on the same day (23-07-2020). If you don't want the order anymore, you are welcome to raise a eBay return request so we can get this back and issue you with a full refund.

Upon looking into this I can see we have been in communication with you and resolve this issue. It appears the original parcel was shipped but then became lost in transit with the carrier. I can see we arranged for your order to be packed and shipped again, and it was delivered to you on Wednesday 22nd July 2020 at 4:18pm.

The water softener was not Hi-Flow has it came with 15mm connector not the 22mm. I only found out on site and had no time to return it.
