“I ordered a Makita box with chisel set sds . Box 👍chisel set not as per picture . Will not use them again . Can not be bothered to contact them . Put it down to experience. !!!!!”

“Their custmoner service was brilliant! Prompt, friendly help when I had to change my order (I managed to order the wrong model...). No wait for my call to be answered either. Great service. The goods came the next day, all in good order. Would happily order from them again.”

“Customer services through a difficult period were superb. I would, however, suggest you change your courier. DHL were absolutely shocking. Waited two months for both items to be delivered putting me at additional cost and time inconvenience. I will definitely use you again, provided you use a different courier.”

We have looked into your order and it seems sadly there was an error in the address submitted with your order, resulting in the carrier delivering differently than you expected. We have attempted to have the carrier retrieve the parcel from the address it was delivered to. Sadly they haven't yet been successful, despite many attempts. Due to the error in the address submitted with the order, we cannot take responsibility for the location delivered, however, ourselves and the carrier have made sincere efforts to resolve this issue for you. “A nightmare from start to finish! Delivered the wrong item. Came to collect the wrong item & replace it with the correct item, but delivered the same wrong item again! The only saving grace was Drew who kept us up to speed via email & tried to sort the mess out. 10/10 for Drew. Unfortunately, will probably not use again.”
