“Given false information that I would receive a email containing a VAT invoice once I ordered the impact driver. I did get one with the delivered item but wasted time and effort trying to get hold of the VAT invoice email as promised originally. Chasing un sent VAT invoices from eBay purchases is a major drawback from using the site. Having to wait until the delivery, AFTER I have paid and already committed is not right. It should be emailed automatically as the order is confirmed so. I one has to chase anyone or hope for the best.”

“The customer service was outstanding as I didnt receive the item due to it going missing at the delivery company. They were quick to respond and investigate the problem and also quickly refunded after I had to find an alternative. The only disappointment was not receiving the original item I ordered. Would definitely buy from buyaparcel.Com again if they were to use a more reliable delivery company.”

“I think you need to review the courier used as the delivery was left by my front door exposed to the elements,in full view to everyone passing and five feet from the door.Also do drop card had been left informing me of the delivery.”

“ItemS was delivered as though they had been mixed and matched from 2 different models. The seals were broken and the casing had markings on it. Also the L-Boxx had manuals from different models in it.”

“Quick and good value, but delivered by DHL. DHL never make any attempt to deliver to a safe place, or neighbours, so I have to go and fetch from them myself. Kind of defeats the point of paying for delivery.”

“Unfortunately the hoses supplied with the pump did not match that of the pictorial that advertised it. The ability to isolate the pump was essential for its fitment. I had already made contact in regard to the hose stop end size and informed they were always 22mm. I didn’t consider asking if they were basic push fit, as I’d enquired the size of the stop end (Stop end - theres the clue why I didn’t). The goods were returned without fuss for a full refund, so 5* for there being no argument.”

“The nail gun came in cardboard packaging but the the case it was supplied with was an old one for some drill drivers with some random foam thrown in. I don't know why they sell it as an option if the product doesn't naturally come in the case, makes it look pretty shoddy. With the belt loop or battery attached the gun doesn't even properly fit in the case supplied.”
