“Made an order 1 week ago, still hasn’t arrived. Tracking number shows it’s been sent back to sender. No delivery attempt made, no card left. I HAVEN'T LEFT THE HOUSE IN OVER A WEEK!!!!! Tried to call but they aren’t taking calls, automated message says email. I’ve emailed but no response. I’ll be demanding a full refund, god only knows what a Drama that will be. Ordered from elsewhere now, lesson learnt. AVOID and use a company that delivers the items ordered. If I could leave zero star I would”

“Placed an order a week ago and still not dispatched. Yes, we had Easter inbetween, but it takes a few minutes to post a parcel. Methinks they have no stock but are happy to take new orders so beware!”

“I bought a small item which needed only a printed label and chuck it in to the envelope. The item was already packed in its secure original packaging. It took whole 4 days Buyaparcel to do so. At the time of ordering your web was showing no distraction or shipping delays. I’m not happy with this as the item was expected with me today. Next time will have to buy in another supplier with quicker respond. Rgds Bill”

“Three times I placed an order. All three seemed to go smoothly but, Sage Pay will not process the order and therefore my orders are not sent out. Asked if I could call to pay or use a bank transfer but, this is not an option. Buy a parcel has now lost out on just under £1000 of orders just because Sage Pay does not work.”

“AWFUL Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered and paid for my furniture to be refunded the following day as they said there was no stock. However, they then relisted the item at 10 times the price. I have put in a complaint to ebay and trading standards. They didnt even have the decency to reply to my messages.”

“Terrible service. I ordered 2 items for next day delivery and have not received the items, and no one is able to assist me. I paid £147.38 for 2 desalt impact drivers that we required to finish a site installation and we were let down by terrible service.”

“Totally disgusted . My purchase was clearly for 5 packets of 7018 Hozelock connectors . I was only sent 1 yes one , but charged the full price . No explanation just send them back for a refund . Miss representation of advertising !”

The item was advertised as 1 x 5 pack. We sent one pack. An update by the manufacturer of the item brought to light 5 items were not in the pack so we issued a refund of the item for this error.
