“Very bad delivery!No one got in touch ,no notes left in letterbox.I was chasing this order my self ten days! Then finaly i did go to colect this item from depot myself. This was far away from my place ,i did waiste a half of day! So,not happy at all!”

“Was not impressed at all ordered chalk line for my partner and it still hasn’t been delivered so asked for a refund and they said they have put it into a paypal account which we don’t have one so now I haven’t got my money back! Ridiculous!!”

Hi, we can see you purchased the Makita JV183D G-Series Jigsaw, as per our eBay listing the Makita G-Series Tools will only work with Makita G-Series Batteries and Chargers, they won't work with the Makita LXT batteries and chargers. As you placed the order via our eBay store you are welcome to open a returns case via eBay, so you can return the order for a full refund.

“Purchased a DeWalt radio paid for it gave me a delivery date only to get a message when the delivery date came around saying item was not available out of stock this is happened to me twice before not good enough very disappointed in the way they run their business if I run My business that way I wouldn’t have one Very very poor indeed”

The delivery dates that eBay supply on each listing are only estimated, they aren't guaranteed delivery dates. I am sorry to hear that it took 48 hours to report that there was a issue with your order, we do like to try notify customers within 24 hours (Mon to Fri) if there is any issue or delay with a order being shipped so we are sorry about this.

It can be verified with Stanley directly by yourself if you wish, but Stanley stopped printing the word "Extreme" on their tape measures but you ordered and was sent a Extreme model.

We are sorry that a picking / packing error happened with your order. We can see that soon as you contacted us we arranged for a Swap to take place on 20th Feb, so the incorrect tool could be collected and the correct tool could be delivered at the time same time.

We can see you contacted us on 25th Feb to report that your order had not arrived, and we advised we would get a replacement picked packed and shipped with another carrier. I can see a replacement was shipped on 26th Feb with DHL Parcel UK and delivered on Thur 27th Feb at 1:33pm.

“I ordered two Bosch 12v batteries from this company. One is fine, the other does not work. It indicates that it is fully charged but will not power any of the three tools I have tried it on. These things happen. It’s a defective unit. What should not happen is total silence from this company when I contacted them via their website. It’s been a few days now without response. Overall I saved a small amount buy buying from them but it looks like it wasn’t worth it. My time costs money, and returning faulty goods should be simple. Would I use them again? What do you think......”
