“Item arrived unpacked it top of the system is broken I can't be bothered to 2 do anything about it because when you seem to complain about something that you received from eBay they want photographs and lots of grief best thing to do is not bother with eBay or any of these things on line because nine times out of ten there's always a problem either with the delivery or the the item it's a waste of time”

“Haven't received item unfortunately, collection point although signed for parcel is shut for refurbishment. Buyaparcel say this is Ebay's responsibility but I am in limbo awaiting money back guarantee period to kick in 9 days. All highly frustrating”

“Packaging was huge for such a small item. Came in a padded beg about 50cm square. Big enough to hold 20+ What a waste.”

“Terrible experience!!! Waiting almost 3 weeks and then my order was cancelled. Your courier doesn’t cover Gran Canaria. Ok I understand, but why you didn’t take action after that. You even didn’t give me any other options. You could take the package and send it through Royal Mail service. Oooo sorry, that would be too difficult to make.... even to think about. Why? Because you don’t think for your clients at all, but for your pocket only.”

“Wrong item, I wanted Tough System Inlay, not Tstak. I tried to cancel the order by contacting them, within a few minutes. The following day they said it was too late to cancel - the ordered had processed. So I spent $29 on garbage. BTW the garbage has not arrived yet”

“Hi Delivery was very quick However the Glasses were NOT included in the case (or separately). I raised an email via eBay to highlight this issue but it has not been answered. Please also see my review for my purchase of the Makita Drill which was not a good experience either. Shame because your prices and delivery are good , but if each order needs following up each time the customer experience is poor Please send me the safety goggles that should have come with this order.”

“Bad service tells lies buy from a reputable honest seller will never use again sells you items 8 days later no items delivered says out of stock. But same website shows in stock at the non discounted price and you can have them tomorrow”
