“I would like to write a review on this item, but I can't as I haven't received it yet! To be fair it isn't the company's fault, it is totally the fault of E-Bay, who haven't kept there system up-to-date. The item was to go to a local Spar store for click & collect via Hermes, but after tracking the item I found it was at the local depot & on enquiring at the store found they hadn't received Hermes deliveries for over 2yrs!! Being unable to contact the Hermes depot to re-direct the item, I need to wait on them returning the item to the supplier before another can be sent to my home address. In the meantime I have paid for an item I haven't & don't know when I will receive. Bad service E-Bay!!!!”

“Item delivered @ 20.45 . driver did not ring the door bell, left parcel outside my front door in a public corridor.No card left in letter box.”

“Based on today's date of the 16th April and order date of 2nd April, apart from an initial confirmation from Hermes (7th) that they had received the item it has yet to be delivered. I do realize we are in difficult times but some idea of a due date would be helpful.”

“Order was cancelled after a week as the item I purchased was unavailable. Had to wait 5 more days for my money back. Shouldn’t advertise what you haven’t got. Put my job back over a week because of this”
