“Although the flowers were, as far as I'm aware, delivered to the funeral directors ok, I was shocked when an email was sent to me as confirmation of the expected delivery time with the name of my friend who had died as the addressee on the email! It was CLEAR that they were being sent to a funeral directors and that I was the sender. A very unfunny and upsetting mistake on the company's part. Not impressed and I won't use them again.”

“Flowers arrived on the correct day. However when my mum opened them a lot of them were dried up and crumpled. I can't imagine they were boxed that morning. It looked like they'd been in there a couple of days. It's a shame as the picture looked so lovely. Maybe quality is overlooked when delivery is on a Sunday ?”

“Delivery was efficient and punctual but flowers were of a very poor standard. This was a Mother's Day gift and I was so disappointed when I saw what I had sent. Would not use again.”

“Ordered a bouquet to be delivered Monday 7th March, was phoned on that Monday to tell me they wouldn't be able to deliver them until Thursday. I accepted this as they offered to upgrade the flowers and add a bottle of wine and some chocolates. On Wednesday I received an email to say they had cancelled my order as they couldn't fulfill the order. I then ordered another bouquet as they refunded me and offered me some money to spend on another bouquet, I requested at extra cost for Thursday delivery it wasn't delivered until Friday! Also when the flowers arrived they weren't as good as the photo and didn't match the description. I emailed them to ask about this but I haven't heard back of them??? I would completely avoid this company”

“I ordered the flowers for Mothers Day, they were delivered but not left (there was a porch to leave parcels) it was then redelivered on the following Thursday, by that time the flowers were dead. I wrote two emails to customer service but had no reply to either of them. So I will not be using this company again.”

“Afraid was disappointed to hear from both the people I sent the flowers too that within 4 days they were looking very sorry for themselves indeed. I might have expected it for cheaper flowers but the other one was £22.00. So I'm sorry but wont be using you again.”

“Bought a pink bouquet plus chocolates for my mother. It arrived a white roses- droopy with no chocolates. Emailed blossoming gifts to let them know the day after Mother's Day and to this date - 18th March - I have had no response. Very poor customer service and goods. Not happy!!”

“Arrived already wilted, tried to get in touch with company twice and no response even after 2 weeks. Supposedly a 7 day guarantee but you'll be lucky to get ahold of them to get your money back. Not recommended.”

“I ordered 2 bunches of flowers for my mum and my mother in law on my wedding day and the flowers had arrived before I got to the venue. They were packaged well and went down a treat with both mum's. Thank you”

“I ordered last minute for delivery to Isle of Wight for mother's day as my mum was away for the weekend. Most florists by this time couldn't deliver until Mon /Tues. Too late. ....but Blossoming gifts rescued me :-) my mum loved her rose plant and it arrived on the Saturday. Great price too. Very happy would use again”
